- Hello all! So today we start E12 of our walkthrough. You get to see me nickname our Electabuzz and finally solidify her as part of the family. However, I make probably the most cringe spelling error ever made on the planet. Like it physically hurts. I didn't realize I did it until I was editing this video and I was like wow that's a disaster.
So here's what we will do. The first person to comment on this video with their opinion of whether I should properly spell her nickname or we keep it as I constant reminder of my kindergarten level of spelling will decide her name's fate.
Other than that we take on team rocket and the Mahogany Town gym!

I'm really enjoying your Rom, Crystal was always my favoret game too, Thank You for making this, Im trying to collect all the shine pokemon in all the gen 2 games, so far i found 2... Shiny Arbok and Ponita, I notice that there is a problem when you transfer Pokemon to other games, when i tried to transfer my Shiny Arbok into pokemon Gold he turned back to his normal non shiny version, im really not sure why.
Hey! Means the world you're enjoying the game. In terms of transferring out shinies from my game - the way shiny pokemon are calculated to be shiny in gen 2 is by the DV's, the spiritual precessor to EV's. My game makes shinies more easily encountered because it allows more DV value combinations to "qualify" as shiny. However, if that pokemon is transferred out to another game or hack, if their engine doesn't also consider that DV value combination as a shiny, it will appear as the normal variant. @@thechemist1049 The good news is i transferred my Arbok back from Gold back to your 2.0 version and its Shiny Again... so its not a loss, Im not really experienced when it comes to modding DV Values of Pokemon, i really wish there was a way to Transfer Shinnies to other games like Gold / Silver, Or if someone made a version of Gold or Silver with Shiny Values similar to your 2.0 version. I hoping someday to complete all 251 Pokemon, In Addition to the shiny ones as well.
Love how you actually fixed pokemon crystal to make it look exacly it shoulda looked like back in 2001, in kanto, cerual cave doesnt even exist and viridian forest sint even a forest, its just a small maze (probably due to GBC limits) and you can't get any legendaries of those 3 birds
