speaking of starting mediation, typically with starting new meds there is a LOT of trial and error. which in the end leads up to being a good thing (finding the right mediation for u) it can take a lot of time trying to find the right meds for u. make sure to take them EVERYDAY (if doctor says so) some meds have specific times throughout the day/night to be taken. and some also require to eat before taking it. i have also noticed sometimes after being on a pill for a while, you feel as if it isnt working anymore. that is when you talk to your physicist to see if upping your mediation is a possibility.
hey , I'm only 15 but it has taken me about a year and a half to get the right meds. I know that lots have success first try but if the first one doesn't work don't be discouraged cause there are so many and you will get there eventually. Keeping my fingers crossed that it works well for you though.
My skin alwaysss flares when I'm going thru a depressive episode or anxious era. And clears when I'm less stressed! I just upped my meds & my skin is the clearest it has ever been (and I'm the happiest I've ever been!) Hopefully the meds will help ❤️❤️

Soph did talk about struggling with her mental health recently, she’s said it in her TikTok’s that she feels like she’s been mean to people and she wants to change that cuz that’s not who she is, just let her figure it out, nobody needs to read too much into it. Avery is totally ok with it
It will be ok Soph with meds. You might need to try 2 -3 before you find the one that works best for you. My meds changed my days, i’m not so anxious anymore, more light thoughts and lots more good. I think a lot of people would see that as an abuse of insulin. Not a lot of people have access to it, and doing a mukbang is basically overeating meaning she would have to take a lot more insulin for it. It would be kind of irresponsible of her, and it would also be a bad influence to other Type 1 diabetics. Remember that at the end of the day, her job is to be an influencer, so overeating for views probably isn't a good idea.
