Most people back up maybe 20-50 feet or so but you went like maybe a whole block away from the speaker to showcase the sound of that thing. Now that's how you show how loud a speaker can get. I've got 2 in my bedroom. At lower listening levels these sound simply fantastic, highs super crisp and the bass....damn! No hype, no bullshit, nothing beats them at their price point, no one has yet to prove me wrong

The got dam JBL partybox is too expensive....so I split the difference and got myself the Anker Soundcore RAVE+ and all I can say is, WOW! AMAZING SOUND!! Bumps good and has many features and isn't as big as the Groove Onn or the JBL partybox.

How would this work in a medium sized roller hockey arena if my wife is in the bleachers and my team scores? Would the sound carry to be heard on the hockey rink itself to play the Colorado Avalanche goal horn? The San Jose sharks horn would be played for the other team so they don't feel left out
T9 has a tighter bass and mode defined sound but it will suffer from distortion at higher levels. But yeah overall it sounds much better than Onn especially for lower level listening the Onn has no definition in the bass.

Be careful because i have the same speaker and the drivers have alot of excursion. It does hit around 32hz. But at max volume the drivers would have massive excursion because there are high excursion woofers
