Base Heathcliff is my favorite base ID. He's got good rolls, Smackdown buffs him next turn so you can stack up for some *big* rolls, and Upheaval is probably the best base ID skill *period.*
I put him up there with Zwei Rodion for sleeper IDs. People sleep on him cuz he's a base ID, people sleep on Zwei Rodion because her Skill 1 is quite subpar (though her other two skills are really good for a 00 ID.)

While yes, his skills are good, I would say he's the third worst out of the base IDs that you would (realistically) use

@@womangaming yes, however 2-5 speed range REALLY hurts him, which means he'll be getting sanity way after anyone else does. If anybody, I'd say Ishmael is the second best, due to having (relatively) really good rolls
