Seemed cool at first. But having it run litecoin mining on 2 xb1s overnight a few days, I got about 6 cents worth. Talking a few dollars a year, so even if litecoin went to 100x current value (20k+), it would be a few hundred dollars a year. I don't think the strain on the console and power consumption is worth it here tbh.
This is completely pointless. CPU mining is so slow and inefficient that no one is doing it. This method uses javascript running within a web browser which is even worse (and still uses the CPU). Don't do this. It will cost 10x more in electricity at least!
settings very high 3 threads. making it higher than the cores of your device makes it crash. so keep in mind on that. if you have 4 core cpu. use only 3 if you have 8 core cpu use 7. making it room for other task makes it response to mining etc. so dont make your devices explode.

Looks like you're only getting 12 H/s from BCH. BCH pools too are averaging PH/s miners, you are once again way too low. That says CPU mining you're not going to be making any Headway with CPU when you want GPU mining, the only way you're going to make any money with CPU mining is defined cpu-only currencies. Gpus are just so much more powerful then CPUs when it comes to Bitcoin. Then there's Asic miners those are better because they only do a specific type of algorithm which is just Bitcoin or whatever it's programmed to use. Asics are power Hogs but they make a lot of money, so if the power isn't crazy expensive in your area and you have $20,000 burning a hole in your pocket you should consider picking up an Asic just don't get the wrong one.
The PlayStation 3 is a weird architecture, also it's considerably less powerful than the PlayStation 4 and uses a lot of power I'd recommend not mining on that you make slim to no profit even if there is a workaround. Anyway Xbox One X should make around 1.7 times as much as the PS4 because it's a Vega architecture. With similar performance to the RX 580. The only problem with the Xbox One X is that it's using the same CPU that came out in 2013.
It does not work on the xbox. I managed to register and start it up in a chromebook yet in the xbox it just shows me the register page constantly and after a few tries the server crashes.

This is dumb. You won't make money mining BTC. You'll lose money in electricity cost. Google bitcoin ASIC and look at its H/s and wattage use. Maybe if you could mine an alt-coin and not to some sketchy site it would be worth it.

Mining Bitcoin on something other than ASIC will not cover your electricity bill. Minining Etherium on GPU can be good idea.
