i have a mig 125 power light flickers fan spins slow , could it be the relay? why is there 300+v dc ? can you can explain or have a schematic ?

I have kzubr 400mma welding machine its works fine when i shut off display is blinking and fan trying to work in intervals on and off when i cut a power, reley click one more time sometimes two and green ligh blink with display aprox 3 4 times what is the problem, in work is very good but this is anoying

सर मेरे पास एक वेल्डिंग मशीन एलिफेंट प्रो की मिनी मशीन है सर इसके आईजीबीटी फट गए थे तो मैंने रिपेयर किया इज 60N60 के लगे हुए है मैने चारो आईजीबीटी लगा दिया पर ड्राइव वोल्ट 6 वोल्ट के आसपास आ रहे है सारे रेजिस्टेंस भी चेंज कर दिए फिर भी आईजीबीटी लैग्स पर 6 वोल्ट आ रहे है प्रॉपर 12 वोल्ट नहीं मिल रहे जिसकी वजह से आईजीबीटी बार बार उड़ रहे है सर बताए कया करे बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है
