@@Vandy-- It means that they've had terrible casualty rates and constant mission failures for as long as they've existed. The quote is about how even though they constantly get beaten and are well accustomed to defeat, they never let it stop them for good.
Also, I don't know if you've read the Manga or just watched the Show, but incase you haven't read the books Survey Corps is the same thing as the Scout Regiment. The name difference always causes a bit of confusion.

So I just started watching this show because of your vids. I got to say this is one of the coolest and weirdest animes I have ever watched but I’m so glad I did! I’ve only watched anime like HxH or Assasination Classroom, but this show was a cool step in the right direction. I’m only on like episode 8 but thanks for getting me into this awesome series!

Same here. I never liked Anime. I was an Anime hater, but when I listened to one of Samuels AOT soundtracks. Im like wtf is this, must watch it. Within 2 weeks I finsihed the series waiting for season 4 now.
Same, sam's music made me watch attack on titan. It scared the crap outta me at the start, but now it's my favorite anime of all time

Yep, that's the one.
Maybe even the time Porco got upset in their first battle, after he found out what happened to Bertholdt. We don't know if this is just an Attack Titan ability, although it would make sense for it to be Attack Titan exclusive, given, well, its function and name.
However, if any of the others can achieve it as well, then the Jaws would likely be one of the only others besides the Attack Titan
This soundtrack represents an opportunity, a salvation in process, hope for something new to discover in that world while the chaos around it is second nature.

For me,,, this berserk attack titan form holds the 1st place in all forms of eren.......... I really wanted to see more of berserk attack titan..... But sadly didn’t got to...... And i don't know why from all of the fights of attack titan from female titan to war hammer titan i still get the most goosebumps from this fight between attack titan and female titan ..... This fight also holds the 1st place for me from all of the fights of eren...... The ost, the ground breaking, the berserk attack titan, the despair look in female titan's face, the rage everything i love about it........
I hope they play this in the next battle of shingashina
