I'm always really impressed by people who can play both lead and rhythm parts at the same time. It blows my mind that you can sit down and arrange these songs like this. Absolutely incredible! You're a huge inspiration.
Wow!! This acoustic cover Rocks as hard & equally as heavy as the original!! The spirit of Marshall stacks are alive!! Listening eyes closed, you'd think the room was filled with guitar players. Nope. Just *one* guy! Massive!!
I never knew that the parts were played in unison like that. I was always under the impression that the rhythm guitar kept the tempo while a lead would do everything else. What a master you are. I have been left astonished.
Well I think they are actually played separately on recod. It is just that Ernesto here combined the 2 guitars and the vocal melody in a literal apotheosis of guitar playing!
My absolute favorite AIC song. Never heard it acoustically before. The way you play I'd love to hear you do a cover of The Stranglers European female because you have such feel that you would capture the nuances of it.
It happens to me that when I first listen to the covers Ernesto makes, I am not gonna listen to the original versions anymore. Your work is just amazing. I wish I could play like you.
You're an inspiration man, I hope to some day bring the heavy to my acoustic playing with half as much virtuosity as you! It's been a year and a half of learning to play guitar, and it's an uphill game through and through, but seeing re interpretations like yours with Tool, SOAD and AIC, just keeps me motivated (as well as your original stuff, love Achieving the Godhead) . Thanks for the memories and the pleasure of witnessing your talent!
Thank you Óscar! You'll get there, it's all about enjoying the process of practicing and learning. There are moments of frustration for sure, but once you get all the basics down and everything starts clicking things get easier.
Increíble... Verdaderamente increíble. Le das muchísima vida a la guitarra. Escucho 2 instrumentos en solo 1. Me la pasé cantando escuchando este cover.
I just found this guy right now and this blew my mind and I was immediately oh fuck what tuning is that and then I looked in the description and right there is the tuning!!!!! A f’king legend among us sir! Thanks.

Dude, just..... dude! LOL. I've watched a few videos now, and I gotta say thank you. Truly. Thank you. Your talents are absolutely amazing! You bring peace to a twisty world man. Thank you for all that you do.
Creating a version with two different harmonies on the same acoustic guitar, and play it just strumming and not fingerpicking, it's incredibly hard to conceive. Amazing rendition, I loved it!! Now I need to learn it ;)
This is by far the best cover i have ever heard. Great job! Them Bones is my favorite song aswell ^^ you made this a hundred times more amazing then it already is, i will practice that for sure! (PLEASE make an exception to the rule play it on electrical guitar

When you hear two, maybe three guitarists playing in a single acoustic performance, you know you're listening to a master at work!
But then the would have to use D E M B O N E Z
Well not multiple guitarists in one guitar just multiple parts on one guitar by one dude. Vocal line and rhythm guitar. Pretty sick though
So true... Reminds me the first time I saw Jimmy Page playing Kashmir... I was blown away... thought they were 3 guitars lmao
He is literally playing all three string tracks. Wow.
Some Say...
This man...can play!!!!
i believe..
he will playyy...nutshell.. ;-;
Hahahahahahha good one
I see what you did there. I ain't mad either.
This man and I have the same exact music taste
Tool and aic have been my faves since I was 12, in 1997..... 😎 Good times. Would love to see Ernesto do more aic....!

It's not easy to pull off the atmosphere of an entire band with a single instrument.

Rhythm and lead and vocal parts all on 1 6string acoustic👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽....This video deserves absolutely 0 dislikes
Don't forget bass too!
Absolutely beautiful. The illusion of hearing more than “1” guitar sound simply coming from you. Mind blowing. Keep up the inspiring work. ✊🙏❤️
It’s beyond me how this dude is playing the rhythm and the lead!
Mind blown👍🏾👍🏾
'I thought you said you were hiring a couple of guitarists for this gig?'
'He IS a couple of guitarists'

I can hear layne vocal from my mind
I swear I did too, it was kind of crazy

He's playng vocal as well
Listen to any old AIC live show...the bass fills in during the solo,Jerry was the only guitarist except on Angry Chair
I like how uplifting the chorus sounds here

JEEEESUSSS CHRIIIIIST from the chorus of man in the box playing them bones.
NICE!!!
that's was very fucking amazing, flawless execution
Wow. I could practice for 1000 years and still couldn't pull this off. You're an excellent musician.
