The p1 and p2 gears, I use too setup the powdered metal presses for them and others. I also run the 6r80 6r140 10r80 parts. 24 years making transmission parts.
Very nice video Bill. The 10R140 will make random light knocking noise coming from the tail shaft end of the transmission case at idle while in park sometimes which seem to be normal. Is it the large output planet gear assembly making the noise? Seems like there is a lot of gear lash in the entire assembly and drive shell. Thanks

I’m a transmission tech at a ford dealer, there’s a planetary #4 recall that is out, your p4 gear sounds like it’s affected.
