I have noticed that some of the old Yank Tanks are running on Euro-style rims. Do the Big Three market their cars to the European public with different wheels than in the U.S.? Are the rims I see here from other European cars that just happen to fit these American cars?

They just fit
Some of the yanks also dont use the original back axle to make it easier to find a fitting drive shaft and some wheels
A wheel is wheel anywhere in the world last time I checked...
PCD/ETH and offset as long as they match wheel fits mind offset don't matter too much as long as clears suspension etc and Fords are fords!
