Or what gone wrong in opening? Pls advice
I think in this case, the cabin "skid" was already passed passed the rollers that enable the landing door to open. So to open the cabin door for the passenger to get out, one had to go on top of the car and turn off the "car door drive" instead of using force which lead to breaking of the "door drive belt". I'll make a video and explain this to you in more detail....
Try restarting the elevator or checking the door opening and closing proxy or cleaning the door sensors or checkout whether the car door skid is working normally or maybe something is physically blocking the door...

Can you share door opening from outside ie from floor landing, sometimes car door doesn't open, electrical supply is to switch off? for opening?
