This is honestly an underrated anime in my opinion. Besides the artwork and the general atmosphere it takes place in and sound design, the music being kind of amazing really helps as well, I love the motif that keeps appearing (0:17) in different tracks, but has also never really been talked about, I feel like it's their theme. No one has pointed it out either, but the anime both opens on a train ride with this song playing, and ends with it.

Ofc It's really a negative and sick side of it..but the by the deep meaning i wanna say to everyone is the how the story starts and how it ends..the main theme of the brother and sister struggle and hardship together and how they overcome it despite of everything.. The anime u saw showed just some gist of it..the main origin of this anime is from a game (visual novel)..the detailed story have showed thete if u ever think of play and complete u will understand what i mean
