NEW HOLLAND CR8.90 Revelation | Canola Harvest 2023

Hello everyone! In this video we return to the lands of the Cà Felicita farm, near Jesolo, to watch the 2023 canola harvest. At work we find a New Holland Cr8.90 Revelation combine harvester, while rapeseed is transported by two Fendt 724 and 716 model tractors coupled with 320 quintal 4-axle Feltrina trailers.
The New Holland Cr8.90 Revelation is a combine harvester produced by the homonymous company, it is equipped with a turbo diesel engine capable of delivering 544 hp, the cereal tank has a capacity of 12500-14500 litres, depending on the options. The cutting width for this model is between 6.10 and 12.5 metres. It weighs 19.15 tons.
Curiosity:
In July 2022, in Romania, this model set the harvesting world record of 403.64 tonnes in just a few hours.

Why do they park the trailers so far away and why do they not unload o; the go?

Hi! Thanks for the comment. it's tipical see these kind of situation in north east italy, here we have more rain than south so under the graund there are drainage pipes. With both combine and trailer on the surface there is a risk, in the long run, to damage these pipe. Personaly i don't think that a lot change with a 30 ton combine if there is a trailer aside, but this is how they work here

Non saprei, dipende anche da che optional si mettono. In genere l'ammortamento si programma su 10 anni
