Disabled Toilet unusable at Rochdale Station

I try and use the disabled toilet at Rochdale Station at 1930 Sunday 12th November 2023.
1) Lock said "engaged" when it wasn't
2) "Press for access" button ignored
3) Audio description totally inaccurate
4) Room too small to get in and out in a wheelchair.
