Question how does the cable routing work for the bottom bracket do you thread a full housing through one exit to the other and finish the housing to the cable guide?, I would like to hear some insight on how you tackled that problem and where did you get those drill guide stickers Cheers
Yo sir! That was sick! I've always wanted to do that on my frame but I'm afraid that I might ruin it. What is that putty you used and where did you buy it? I am from the South East and it will be difficult for me to find that but at least can you tell me the chemicals in that putty so I will find the almost the same product.
No.......call the manufacturer or dealer you bought it from...and go from there. Sometimes you see cracks in paint from having something dropped on it or banged it up by the door or whatever, so its always hard to tell! From what i understand you have to apply the chemicals in the video and then you can file/sandpaper the joints to your desired smoothness? Is this correct?
Dont file the welds down...just barely knock the high spots....you dont want to file out the weld....the allmetal will fill it in....that's what you want to make smooth!

Why? If you smooth welds you make the frame weaker? What dou yo think how thick the smoothed parts are? (hint: think about paper)
I never took the welds out ..I just knocked down the high spots. That's why I added evercoat glaze to make it smoother .....
So crazy man I'm from evansville indiana
Nice video man but let me ask if what is the number of sand paper you've used to make it freakin' smooth like that?
Hey buddy! Use 400 to knock down the big stuff then go to 600! Thats it!
Won't this weaken the welds with all the sandling?
No...i never went passed the thickness of the welds...i just smoothed out the high spots...and used a metal filler.
What the first equipment did u use?
Would you think it’s given the frame a new structural strength?
Weld filler no...carbon fiber will....but the intention was just for looks. Thanks for watching!
Boss pwd bang kahit d na tatangalin yung pintora?
Whhhhhyyyyy, did you convert it to Internal cable rutting?
Just the break line and down to cable guide for rear derailleur! Just didn't want it to show! Lol

Internal Cable guides
grommets

It reduce the thickness of weld when smoothing is it still durable?
I just smoothed out the high welds...I did not get into deep!!
Yes still very strong and I wrapped it in carbon as well
Is it natural seeing small crack on a smooth welded frame? What's the reason, tho, I'm not a heavy user.
