On a more serious note, physically punishing and harshly criticizing your children is ineffective. The manner in which such punishment is administered can leave a lasting negativity that affects them for life. It's possible to discipline a child compassionately without losing control. What can we expect from a society that resorts to violence globally to assert its will, while simultaneously finding entertainment in that same violence displayed on their large TV screens back in the comfort of their homes. This being where such innuendos come to mind and even more violence propagates.
