A Little About Brandon & Wila:
We are an AMERICAN / FILIPINA LDR COUPLE that met online in 2019 and then in person early 2020. Separated by the pandemic for over 2 years, we reunited in May 2022 and now we are back to LDR again. Soon to be reunited for good in early 2023 to build a house on land we purchased in December of 2023.

Is your area flood prone?
Don't forget to get a legal copy of the land title or deed from the tax assessor in the city. There is a lot of real estate fraud happening in Luzon. I am sure you have done this already. Don't settle for hand shake!

You forgot to mention How you got to dig on a certain spot in your land for your water.
It was out of the way from where we are building. That’s how we chose the location. Finding where the water is was easy because it’s under every part of our lot.
