I am a sunnimuslim, it absolutely disgusts me when the holy and loved places of people of ANY faith is sacreledged like that. Socalled muslims drilling out eyes of figures in a church probably older than any if our mosques, in a town of aramaic speaking christians, who lived in Syria for millenia, fully accepted and protected by islamic law. Except by these bandits, claiming to work in the name of Islam. That really chocs and saddens me!

The Prophet SAW destroyed idols in the Kabaa.
Why should places of kufr and shirk be tolerated in Muslim lands?

@@yahya_albahrumionce when the Prophet Muhammad SAW was giving a talk in a mosque, a homeless man entered and began urinating in the corner of the masjid. This made the other people in the mosque furious and they wanted to beat him but the Prophet Muhammad SAW told them to stop and let him finish urinating. After the homeless man was done the Prophet Muhammad SAW went to him and kindly explained to him that the mosque was a sacred place and needed to be respected. Can you imagine what the homeless man would have thought about Islam if he had been beaten by the people in the mosque? He would have hated Islam and Muslims, maybe even spread that hate to other people. Likewise we can't just disrespect other people of different religions as if we are above them and their respect. If we cannot show kindness and tolerance to others then we have no right to expect it in return.
