#SkyrimWerewolfMods Игры
Nice showcase but I personally would much appreciate an overhaul of the werewolf tribe in solstheim. So many werewolf mods over the past 10 years and no one’s focuses on this tribe. You could expand it, make a hole themed cave and maybe even a small questline so that you would have a place and a community you feel connected to like vampires have their castle.
Well said and seconded.
Thirded 😮
Fourthed
been wanting this for years. or even just a random tribe in skyrim somewhere with a small buildable camp/village.
Pretty sure those were werebears lol
A werewolf sneak mod would be a nice addition. Getting on all fours and stalking your prey.
the lack of sneak is what keeps from doing a werewolf playthrough. Really hoping it can be made one day
Make a combo build with a werewolf and you will kill anything before it really does any damage. You don't need stealth if you can shred.
@@douwe4254 "you dont need stealth" thats not the point at all? itd be cool to have stealth as a werewolf wouldnt it?
@@YSleepish Sure. It might be cool. But that is where you go vampire.
I do play modded werewolf runs, and generally speaking around level 40 I can beat the strongest opponents easy by going on a full focus wolf-build.
There literally isn't any challenge left. If you add stealth to that, it would help with immersion and roleplay in a way, but I'd oneshot some dragons at that point. And where is the fun in that.
@@douwe4254 you talk of fun then say stealth would be pointless cause theres a different op build?
Starting a werewolf playthrough this video came out at the perfect time
I got the same, for past 2 years of playthroughs i was vampire mage, pure mage, or spell sword
What other mods are good for a werewolf playthrough?
I’m starting now for the 3rd time in my Skyrim lifetime lol
The nice thing about being a werewolf is that there isn’t really a downside other than what npc’s say to you.
And you can't turn Vamp!
Moonlight tales adds a bit more danger if you’re into it, if you have certain settings turned on every night you have a chance to shift without your control, no matter where you are, and on a full moon you’ll always shift too
@@chravis0277 Tell me about it. The number of times I've transformed inside witherun's walls during a full moon is beyond my math capabilities.
It's always very fun though.
And doorways...
I really want to see a stealth werewolf, like a crotch button making the werewolf go down on all 4s and creep arrond
I second this, the entire "werewolves are needlessly aggressive" is getting old - especially considering the companions' strain allows them to control the werewolf form.
I also really hate the moutbreathing that werewolves do, as well as the dumb pose, reminds me of the badgers from that badger badger badger song.
Ah yes a crotch button
@@ibn_adham No more recklessly spamming the crouch button for tea bags, we now have a Crotch button. I'd invest in that mod
crotch button
I what universe would s transformed werewolf be stealthy?
Having beast-men forsworn is such a great idea given they worship Hircine and hagravens supposedly were changed by Hircine. I imagine the higher ranking forsworn would be more likely to have the beast blood.
Almost make you wonder why the Companions had the werewolf quest when the Forsworn and Reachmen in general seem more of a logical fit.
@@fumarc4501 cause the companions dont kill on sight so would be easier to join
@@alpha_9997 why would you join anyone when all you need is werewolf blood to infect yourself with to become one
@@gamerguy6990 cause some people dont want to be werewolves
Honestly imo I would’ve preferred the leave the two separate method almost like an extra guild situation for example in FNV the brotherhoods main purpose for the character was to get power armor training they weren’t a fleshed out guild you end the game with but instead were a side story with a great bonus, they could’ve done this for Skyrim make the Companions the nordified fighter guild and make there be a reachmen tribe you can find and do quest for until you get offered the chance to communicate with their god as a final benefit of your precious help, after a final trial of communication with hircine where maybe he’d make you do a series of hunting trials using actual knowledge of the animals he’d give you the beast blood.
Just wanted to stick a little note in here, for anyone who already uses Satafinix's Phoenix Compendium AIO mod for sounds, Hypertrichosis is already included in that so you don't need it as a standalone mod.
I do, I love his sound mods, they make everything sound more epic and theatrical. And for people reading this in terms of Werewolves specifically it also includes the mod "Cursed" which changes Sinding's voice to match his beast form. My favorite of his is the one for falmer that gives them echolocation clicks.
The different sound design for the werewolf is 👌. Love the crunch feral sounds
Great mod list! As much as I like moonlight tales, I prefer Lupin, even if it has less features. The perk tree that lets you either give into Hircine and become super beast-like, or resist him and become more human-like while still maintaining werewolf strength is just way cooler than the moonlight tales perk tree. It reminds me of Professor Hulk, combining the brain with the brawn.
wow, I love it!!!! thx!!!!
Personally I would recommend Growl over Moonlight Tales.
Though a fantastic mod, Moonlight Tales hasn't been updated in 5 years, which means that there could be some issues that crop up due to the game being updated so many times in that time frame.
Growl on the other hand is more recent and still has a lot of the same or similar features as MT, such as the lunar transformation and perk tree overhaul. It doesn't have the skins, but there are mods that work alongside it for that.
To finish this off I recommend wicked werewolves by rougeshot. This mod changes the skeleton of werewolves to make them look more “realistic”. Works great with all the other mods and doesn’t have any requirements. Next I’d recommend Growl by enaisiaion which overhauls and fixes a lot of werewolf issues making it more worthwhile to become one.
Do you have both moonlight tales and growl installed? Just curious if there would be conflicts with the two
@@williamgregoriopalpal3238 I don’t believe they are I was just giving another option
@@fortnitebot3561 i kinda installed growl and it is like moonlight tales without the retextures.
@@williamgregoriopalpal3238they will conflict.
Great collection. I do wish werebears were developed more in the game; in lore, they're supposed to be common in Skyrim but they're only seen very rarely on Solstheim. Imagine being able to be one or the other with different powers.
May I introduce u to the growl mod where u get to choose between the two
Yeah try growl and moonlight tails is 7 years old and 7 years un updated
Werewolves are my favorite of all monsters I love them so much ❤️
Great video as always, the sound design was really on point in this one
I love your guides! They are so well done! I enjoy watching them even if I’m not interesting in actually doing the overhaul because they are so well edited. Great work!
just came back to modding and also started from scratch again. can't wait to watch the vid and install some more mods (already at 700 and counting lol). thanks for the vids man, always top quality
Well, now you've done it!
I've never played a werewolf. but after watching this video, I think I'm going for it.
Well done!
There are hardly any good mods for werewolves (or the Forsworn). Thanks for showing the wolves some love!
Fantastic video brother, I'll definitely be adding these mods to my load order, keep up the great work dude 🤙🏻👍🏻😁
bro the editing in your videos is fucking dope! so much detail atmosphere always incredibly. love
Can't wait to make this compliment my night creature hunting load order, will be fun to occasionally swap sides and check out some playstyles I haven't really experienced before in other playthroughs
Night creature hunter build sounds so badass, good luck on the load order man
there's a patch for diverse werewolves collection that also gives them fluffworks, i use that together with MLT and they look so fluffy
Is it on playstation? I'm trying to look for a mod like fluffworks and I can't on ps5
Aye was looking forward to this vid. 🍻
Gorgeous werewolf mods collection well done i didn't like some mods but I found what want thank u a lot
Every time I watch your videos I wish you had a definitive overhaul wabbajack list that combine each video together.
This is an awesome group of mods. Werewolves are one of my favourite parts of Skyrim (as well as Morrowind.) Awesome video as always HB!
Literally just reached the part of the companions quest line where you become a werewolf.
And this companions play through was itself inspired to start by the Companions video this channel released recently too lol
thanks for the video man! I really love Werewolfs!
That intro is crazy dude! Love it
Man...I have taken a very long break from Skyrim that has lasted more than a few years. You are making me want to get back into it.
I had a fair few of these already, but glad to see some extra ones to add to my load list
Finally, werewolves!!!! Keep up the good work burns!
Yes finally solely upgrading werewolves waiting so long to see what you would do with them
Sounds like a fun playthrough for a wood elf traditionalists.
Wow... Thank you for showcasing my Werewolf Footstep FX Improved mod. Much appreciated.
This guy always makes me change my playthrough to try new stuff. You have gigachads giga-thanks
I was expecting to see "La Femme Lycana" mod showcased here, but not gonna complain. Excellent video, as I always play as a werewolf in Skyrim.
Nice intro, my guy. Stranger Things and some great sound editing really pulled it together :) and that sound editing skill showed throughout the whole video, too!
I really like Moonlight Tales, but there are some features of growl that I like a little better. Primarily gifting the beast Blood to your followers. As for Moonlight, I like the controllability you get from using the rings and stuff like that. Growl doesn't have enough of the control.
i didnt expect this to be out this soon, i expected next week but LETS GOOO
I was so close to not changing my mod list
Thanks alot burns
New to your channel but damn i love that stellaris esk intro.
You should make an enormous mod pack/collection. So many good mod packs that you mix up.
Playing as a werewolf and were looking for werewolf mods best mods channel in my opinion
Moonlight Tales has been a constant in my load order for a long time. It's the quintessential werewolf mod.
The Khajiits should turn into a "weretiger" and the argonians into a "werecrocodile".
That's what actually happens to them when they get the curse of lycanthropy.
Wood elves should turn into "Exiles" as that is happens to thrm when they get lycanthtopy
That Hypertrichosis roar sounds like a classic 80s horror werewolf and it gives me chills
I've been using this mod list, and I have to say, its rather addicting
i love your videos
These are all fantastic recommendations! Im an avid Morrowind gamer and what i feel is missing in the Skyrim werewolf is the ability to sneak. Some mods like the one that gives you night vision to stalk your prey is kind of defeated when youre sighted from a distance. And this immersion can go great with a mod that adds a feature of LOS aggro where NPCs wont aggro onto you when within vicinity even though youre behind walls etc (i forgot its name but i remember getting this a long time ago). And the ability to jump high, this is also a missed feature as we all know werewolves in fantasy can jump high (take Van Helsing as a good werewolf reference). I hope these ideas come to fruition one day!
So i just installed everything that was linked in the video's description and it all worked like a charm, only reason why I didn't install it before is because I saw alot of comment's on moon light tales saying how bugged the mod is and over 124+ bug reports but then I thought hey why not just try? And now my wearwolf looks as awesome as the video. Not saying there lying, most likely they have encountered bugs or something is wrong but it all works as Intended! Thanks so much! Never would of known such awesome werewolf mods existed if not for this awesome video!!
Honestly might become a werewolf after this, cause even though (before mods) being a Vampire was tedious I always felt more immersed being a vampire over a werewolf
I’d love to see you do a collection or LO of all your How It Should Have Been content. I’ve never seen someone else on here who seems to be doing what I want to do with the game
IT'S HERE!!!
these mods will work well with my spellsword build
ya know what would be a great idea for any of these overhauls? as you get closer to the full moon, any dialogue responses you are allowed are the less diplomatic ones. and the few days before & after a full moon, you are ONLY allowed to answer with the aggressive response. any other small things like this would just help the immersive role playing even more, even though it's a small touch
I've done Companion questline, and being a werewolf is somehow satisfying!
Maximum gore also makes the combat satisfying sometimes you knock heads off with a swing or see intestines hanging out I think if your a werewolf gore is very important
I still remember how crazy it was when that one random dude turned into a werewolf in the prison cell during my first play through
Why haven't anyone thought of making a Van Helsing's Werewolves Mod for Elder Scrolls Skyrim? I certainly would download that mod!
I always just used Growl but damn I didn't know moonlight tales did alot more than it
Usually people don't like using Moonlight Tales because of game breaking bugs and they think the mod adds too much stuff, i never encountered these bugs myself but a lot of people complain about them, if you are still considering using MTSE you should also check Lupine, it's expands the werewolf perk tree even further and is fully compatible with MTSE, they are a must in my load order since i usually roleplay as a Hircine champion.
Literally at 1:20 I was like woah wait up 🏃🏾 goes to sub cuz damn this is fire content! 😱
You served your entire pack very well
every time I watch a Heavy Burns video I as 20 mods to my game lol
I always thought it was interesting that Skyrim just happened to be the best werewolf game in 20 years, even though it's not a werewolf game per se.
number 1 way to increase the fun, VR!
Huh, ive always loved being a werewolf in skyrim, and i never thought about modding it. Maybe ill pay this game a visit again after all this time 👀
Hey heavy burns, I know any race can be a werewolf and vampire but can you do an argonian werewolf set-up?I seen a mod that you can use with an argonian and it changes the werewolf into a dragon creature
The Apex werewolf is so good and awesome I love striking fear into the silver hand mortals 🐺
Heavily talented to make vidéos, did you consider to make more vidéos but more like story driven one on Skyrim, with scénarios and stuff, probable a ton of work and Time but really your mod show-off vidéos kick asses, its nicely done cheeres 🍺
OHh My!! this is good... My Anna Character {who is my werewolf} going to love her setup :)
I really need to get some of these mods, tho I'm gonna stick with the Heart of The Beast werewolf sound overhaul for now, I might give the one in this video a try some day
i don’t comment ever on youtube but this is an exception. Good video!! Great editing and everything
"I see the bad moon rising.." 😯
Hey Heavy, first off just wanna say your content is on a level of its own and I fucking love it. I do have a question though; I don’t know the full in’s and outs of the process but I feel like since you already go through the trouble of building these fantastic mod lists for us, it would be pretty easy to upload the mod list to nexus so we can all download the stuff with one click. Is there a reason you don’t do that? To be clear I’m not saying you owe us anything or that I feel like you HAVE to do literally anything. What you give us is already great. I just feel like that’s the next logical step to really make these lists even easier to enjoy and more accessible to those Skyrim fans who are afraid of building their own mod lists piece by piece. Especially if we want to combine separate videos of yours into one play through. Just curious. Keep up the great work!
The reason people dont do stuff like this is because if they uploaded a mod list to nexus, then it would take attention and support away from the original mod creators. The big mod list would get thousands of downloads and endorsements, but the original mods wouldn't get any. Hope this answers your question!
I want a werewolf form that makes me look like a muscular shiba.
There's also a revert form animation mod finally made.
Amazing
all i really wanted is a mod that gives me an order or a shout, to tell my shapeshifting companions to transform.
ie : aela transforms to werewolf, serana transforms to vampire lord, etc..
The only close thing i know is that the Growl mod adds beast blood which you can give to any companion apart from vampires, which will make them transform into a werewolf when you do. Not exactly what you seek tho.
My LL-Modlist is all I need for werewolves~
What we need is the ability to join or even create a small werewolf pack.. with other rival packs scattered throughout Skyrim. Throw in a great story line and we have gold.
for a scaling mod, they should replace all wolves with a 25% chance of being a werewolf instead in day and 100% at night once past lvl 30.
I wish we not only had werewolves but the other were creatures that they have in the lore like the werebear
There needs to be a mod for werewolves where you can loot corpses in that form and any locked chest or door can be bashed open
at the cost of a slight bit of HP or stamina and the stronger the lock the more Stam it takes
Well, I'm glad that Skyrim is still so popular, though sad that seems not much has changed for werewolf overhauling. I think the fluffy looks are about only new thing from what I use to use when I still played.
I love Moonlight Tales :) Seems I'm using a different version than the one you linked, though. I guess more than one person must have ported the mod to SE.
Does your version of moonlight tales have an McM menu? If it’s ok may you please send a link to your version
Now it’s time for the werewolf overhaul fans and the Silver Hand Modders to Duke it out!
All of these are awesome! The only thing that seems to break missing is the inclusion of other were-beasts: wereboars, werelions, werecrocodiles. Do mods exist for at least some of these? I imagine that if someone designed one they could use the werewolf animations and mess with the perks to make it a bit different.
Yes, check beasts of tamriel mod 😉
@@zmassy8222 Thanks, I'll check it out 👍
Okay, yeah. This was fuckin' dope.
✨immersion✨
They all look cool. I wish that one day a mod will come out that lets a werewolf live a posh life like the vampires in the Dawnguard expansion. Different clothing and gear of course, but still high class like living and none of the usual tribal elements and styles. In Elder Scrolls Online there is a werewolf mansion / castle with a hedge maze and libraries. Would be neat if werewolves were able to wear specialized armor and gear. Also, it would be cool if a near end perk tree ability lets one turn into a bigger and more stronger version of the werewolf, much like the kind in Elder Scrolls Online. Bigger, beefier, and even a choice of tattoos or none. Perhaps even a character editor so that one may just customize the finished look of their werewolf forms by choosing fur patterns, any tattoos or tribal markings, and even edit the size and proportions.
Honestly this really is a great mod set, the only unfortunate circumstance is I'm on console and there's only a few of these mods available to me. Hopefully someday I'll be able to try this out, but doubtful anytime soon.
Man, its been so long since I played Skyrim.... I wonder what I should do for my next playthrough... Ack, I've done a lot (except beating Alduin ironically) now I need to do a think..
.
A white, or William Corvinus skin would be sic!
Moonlight tales makes your character OP
Soo I am going to play my Nord werewolf warrior and maybe publish she as a preset
The only thing that would make werewolf and/or Vamp Lord immersive is proper first person.
I think vr does that
This is deep..
they really needa add this
