There is a problem with your battle. When fighting with Raid Boss, your Jormuntides gonna be hungry and no san value to fight. So they just stand there and die. To avoid that, you need to give them some food that "Slow hunger decrease". Also, you can use 5 Shroomer, who "Slow sanity decrease", each one for 10%, 5 gonna be 50%. These 5 Shroomers don't need to fight, just set your base at a place has a higher area then put them on that higher area, and use Monitoring Stand to tell them not to fight. Also put some beds on that higher area. So, without hunger and san problems, even with only 20 Jormuntides, they gonna fight much better than 25 Jormuntides.
ok, turns out if player join the battle with a good weapon from a higher spot, 15~20 pals is enough for the first stage. But pals need to get best food for the fighting.
Your Jormuntides need a more spammable move because they end up waiting for cooldowns throughout the fight, it looks like they are all just using their final level-up set. Acid Rain which deals a surprising amount of damage if it fully goes off and is on a decently low cooldown is a good option, and it can be bought as a fruit from a merchant. Dragon Meteor is a strong move, but it does not benefit from Lord of the Sea nor the bonus damage from being super effective, so it really should not be used. Both you and pals can only have one food buff and one recovery meds buff at a time, and since survivability is really important in this fight Carbonara is easy to make from pals from a Ranch and the defense boost will do more than extra damage in these raid fights. You should definitely have a +20% attack buff from the Cheeseburger or Loco Moco as you are not tanking damage like the pals. Once the pals become hungry and lose their sanity, they also get debuffs which can cripple even the best setup for the raid, so there is a bit of a timer on how long your pals will be effective before they must be swapped out. As for weapons, the Rocket Launcher is too slow because of its massive reload time and it often misses because the Jormuntides block it, and the Guided missile launcher is pretty poor too, but the multi guided missile launcher even at common is fantastic for the 4 shots between reloads and the Gatling Gun is probably the best DPS in the game if you can make use of it when Blazamut gets stunned and you can empty a few clips into his head before he gets up. If you need souls, breeding Anubis and sending them to the disassembly conveyor will rack up a lot of large souls that can be turned to the other souls in the crusher. The Philanthropist passive makes them breed incredibly fast, so it's a reasonable grind as long as you have cakes automated. This raid is pretty ridiculous; while this might seem like over-preparation, you need all the advantages you can get to burn through that much hp in only 10 minutes, not even taking into account the struggle to survive it.

I think you're better off using Pals as tanks and dealing the damage yourself. I got as far as you did half as prepared just tossing out a bunch of fresh caugh legends
