Imagine an AI able to evaluate concepts, such as patents, then you won't need to be famous and/or rich and/or well-connected to promote & monetize your intellectual properties: the AI EVALUATOR will say, "this patented concept (product or service) is better than anything is on the market right now." No more nepotism: things will be rewarded based on MERIT! So here are my questions: Is there any AI that can: A. evaluate and compare (by itself, not browsing other people's opinions) patents, or products or services? B. Read the specification of a video game and create that game? C. Read a movie script and make the animated version of the movie? Or how close is AI to A, B or C?
A. I don't know of any yet, but I haven't looked either. B. AI game making software exists. C. AI video creation exists that is either text to video or prompt to video and you can choose animation, depending on the software. From all of the plans that I've looked at, creating an actual movie (as in, an hour or longer) would mean piecing together bits and pieces and would take you a while, but it would be doable. If you're thinking about "insert script receive Pixar level movies," not yet.
@@BootstrappingBoondocker Thanks. Lemme know if you find something about (A), since I cannot promote/monetize any of my intellectual properties as ... 'Dan-from-nowhere.' As for (B): I have a video game concept, BilliChess (can't post the link here, but it's easy to find), that made it to the Winners' List of an international contest organized by Intel. I was wondering when the AI will be able to just read the concept/rules and make the game. Or it has to be written in a certain format, like a script?

(1) I use Gemini Pro, and I find it to consistently have very high emotional intelligence (2) To answer your question about whether Gemini Exp 1114 has any of the current Gemini Pro in it, my answer is an EMPHATIC "yes": I did some head to head tests on the leader board, and each time, I knew in a heartbeat which answer was from Gemini Exp 1114, because I am familiar with how Gemini Pro talks.
It appears from the Arena score sheet shown that 1340 from 1344 is not a 40 point improvement, it is a 4 point improvement plus a 4 point deviation on a subjective testing methodology should easily be within the margin of error.
This breakdown of Gemini x114’s strengths and weaknesses hits the mark! It’s fascinating to see how AI handles tasks like math and writing, yet still struggles with value alignment. Balancing innovation with responsibility is no easy feat.
the test is mostly done in a few minutes or even less, the true limitations come to light after 15-30min of how the ai struggles...its not even really tested..i dont believe that super new thing is really great or anything at all with its 0,00001% better than gtp4o ....
Maybe machines can do things always better than humans. But machines, software, will also always break down at some point. And machines are also interrupted by very, very small changes in materials, temperatures and actually everything, because in this universe, everything is connected. A 100% robot world will come to a complete stop at some point. And then what???

I don't understand the hype when one model improves over another, and it's big news. In a day or two, it could be the other way around, or a different model is best. How about reporting big breakthroughs that will make great differences in how things go forward rather than each little hop and hope, making it a big deal? OK. Wondering how we will look at this 10 years from now.

You don't know that the AI companies are optimizing for the leaderboard. P.S. I think the robot face is cool.

I did not see GPT o1 LLMs in the list. What's up with that?
Hal put that knife down, no Hal I don't want to die.

He said a 40 point improvement over its previous generation (the highest previous score for Gemini was 1301 compared to 1344 now)
"researchers who controlled for factors like response formatting and length found that Gemini's performance dropped to fourth"
why would the model tell the person to die???

What about Gemini 2 bro ?????
We on the ai limits bro, no even gpt5 is giving the results we expect on previous tests
In short...Lets panic because AI models aren't perfect yet...
That's very true.
Work in progress.

Oh
And
Thankyou
Used it yesterday, asked for a 30 line Python file. It was ok, but it took it almost 40 seconds to give me the response

I dont know

Great video and explanation but i still choose gpt 4 😢
and it just told someone to d1e 😂
