This song remains me of the time when I dropped out of school ( was still in O'level) because I didn't have tuition, no food to eat at home, I sold some of my scholastic material( case and mattress)to start a small business so that we can get food to eat. Had lost hope, my dreams were shuttered..... after one year of staying out of school hah !!! I first listened to this song yesterday, the second time I played it, I received an email from one of the organizations I had applied to last year telling me that I didn't get the job. I just looked at it and smiled because I knew he is a God who doesn't forget his own, and that job wasn't mine, so am okay with it. my own job will come. Initially I heard the chorus of this song, I was so reluctant to listen to the full song. And that's so unlike me, especially any song sang by Mercy Chinwo. I love her music so much and now, she featured my papa but felt I've heard the chorus and it's simply on repeat of words. This Song I repeat this song made me do my last examination without paying fees which was mandatory. Before,I tried looking for the finances to cater for the school fees but all I was getting was rejects and disappointments. So I took a leap of faith continued with my classes and on the day of the exams,I played this song in the morning and it stuck in my head and proceeded to the exam room,mark you I should have an exam card which I didn't have since I haven't paid my school fees. This God is truly a faithful God,so after writing for some time,the invigilator now started walking around asking people to sign the examination attendees list only if you have an exam card. Let me tell you,when the invigilator reached where I was seated,he just gave me the sheet and asked me to sign without asking for the exam card. This Song I repeat this song made me do my last examination without paying fees which was mandatory. Before,I tried looking for the finances to cater for the school fees but all I was getting was rejects and disappointments. So I took a leap of faith continued with my classes and on the day of the exams,I played this song in the morning and it stuck in my head and proceeded to the exam room,mark you I should have an exam card which I didn't have since I haven't paid my school fees.
This God is truly a faithful God,so after writing for some time,the invigilator now started walking around asking people to sign the examination attendees list only if you have an exam card. Let me tell you,when the invigilator reached where I was seated,he just gave me the sheet and asked me to sign without asking for the exam card.
