I never used to decorate for winter but seeing your videos have put me in the mood. So I did this year and love it. Makes my house so cozy and warm when I come home at night. I have all my candles and string lights on timers so I come home to a cozy home. By the way will you beautiful people in Canada shut the door it is freezing here in the US. I feel like a bear just want to hibernate.
Your winter decor is just so cozy and pretty. I live in Pennsylvania, and we are having snow and fridged cold and wind. I have combined Valentine decor with my green winter decor. I missed the color, and we are heading for February quite fast. So as soon as Valentines Day is over, I'll start with Easter. I enjoy watching you create beautiful vignettes. There is not an island but a peninsula in the kitchen, which is minimally decorated. The breakfast and dining room tables are always decorated - changed each month. Enjoyed the decoration ideas in this video. Nicely done!

Love your kitchen so COZY. I live in Texas so not any snow where I am, but I still decorate for winter love the warm and cozy feeling of the rooms. I have also put out some Valentine decor I do crafts so I love to make up Valentine's crafts. Love seeing Holstein too, he is the sweetest ever.

I decorate for winter. It’s so sad when the Christmas decorations come down. So, I always look forward to putting out winter decor. I use a lot of snowmen and snow flakes.

Beautiful Rebekah! If I lived in a cold climate like you I would totally keep the winter decor out longer. We’re in Texas and while we do have some cold weather I just put everything away with the Christmas decor. When I lived in Pennsylvania I kept the winter decor out through February.
Hello Rebekah!! Your winter kitchen is beautiful!! I do use diffusers in my home!!! I use the immune and guard against defend pure essential oil this time of year in my diffusers. It helps guard against sickness. And I do decorate my island for each season. I'm like you it makes me happy. Winter decorating is one of my favorites. I'm always sad to put away my Christmas decor. We've had cold weather in east Texas tonight will be 27degrees. Tomorrow's high temp 36 degrees. We've had ice and sleet several times. We're not as cold as yall but this is cold for us!!! I don’t love where it snows hardly at all but it is winter so I love using the winter items that I had up for Christmas. I just leave out the winter so I love this.

Found some 'Snowdrops' finally and I just love it!
I don't set my island, they didn't give me a big enough 'lip' to sit under, and we have stools, but not really enough room for placesettings. I am considering setting my dining room table for the first time............I usually have a runner etc, but I don't set it. I do have some decor set up on the island, it changes over the seasons.
But I still have my 'Christmas' village up and leave winter trees around......enjoying it all.
Everything looks wonderful.......warm and inviting for the cold winter days!
