The sequence from 1:36 to 1:52 would had been more entertaining if Diana, after falling through the trap door, changed into Wonder Woman but was knocked out by the gas before she could jump out. When Wonder Woman awakened, she would be bound with her own golden lasso and would have to reveal her secret idendity and her weaknesses. The villian would had been thrilled that he thought he was capturing a normal human being and instead captured the legendary Wonder Woman.
"Fautisa, the Nazi Wonder Woman" is the only episode of the TV series in which Wonder Woman is bound with her own golden lasso. It happens twice:the first time, the Nazi agent uses the lasso to compel Wonder Woman to tell him her weaknesses;the second time, Fautisa uses the lasso to interagate the helpless Wonder Woman.
I agree;with her Amazon strength, you would think that Wonder Woman would be able to defend herself and stop a villian when he tried to chloraform her. When a villian chloraformed Wonder Woman, it would had been more believable if the villian removed Wonder Woman's magic belt and render her helpless before knocking her out with the chloraform;at least Wonder woman would have had an excuse for being chloraformed so easily.
you're probably right;most of the Wonder Woman videos on You Tube show an unconcious Wonder Woman after she has been either chloraformed or gassed. I still think that if Wonder Woman is going to be chloraformed, it would be more believable if the villian removed Wonder Woman's magic belt to make her helpless before using the chloraform; otherwise, Wonder Woman, with her Amazon strength, should have no trouble stopping a villian who's trying to chloraform her.
