I was able to restore my Blizzard account over the phone at work through live chatting. Took about 20 minutes at most and the guy was really cool. Blizzard does customer support well.

mitch Not to join youtube drama (which I hate), but if you seriously think that customer service (and I'm not talking about blizzard here... everyone) has good employees who keep a "friendly enviroment" then you are kinda wrong (IMO). I've been hanged up and yelled on. Now maybe you are right and this guy was actually better at his job than most people and could fake some sort of"friendship", but I personally think he was actually having fun talking to soda. The most predominant social cue I get from the customer service guy is that he is actually kinda nervous to loosen up, since soda was treating him like a friend and speaking to him not as you would to a stranger but to as a long time friend; this makes him feel nervous about loosing his professional side (which he has to mantain, and is shown when he does not want to appear on-stream).

mitch Ugh, blizzard employees are probably no more then 20-26 years old, and they are gamers for sure, and HUMANS for that matter, even if you want to be proffesional , you have to let loose sometimes, too much tension and stress is bad for you.

Copy pasted messages from random pages found on google.
Takes atleast 1 week to answer, and upto another 4 weeks to solve the problem.
Doesnt read what you write, but instead keep guessing until the one contacting them solves it themselves.
Blizzard support =
Nice conversations with actual people (both through phone and live chat)
Takes about 10 minutes to get in contact with, and most of the time it doesnt take long at all for them to fix your problem. (Since they are all GM's)
God damn I hate Rockstar support.
Meanwhile its almost like I want to contact blizzard support even though I dont have any problem. They are just that cool.

Im Truce hacking is more consistent in World of Warcraft plus there are people like Chance here who have to be coped with nicely otherwise things will go wrong financially

When I got banned, it only took less than 4 hours to get my account back up and all the items back. Blizzard has great phone support. After getting authenticator havent been hacked since.
And i get steam support *sigh* whenever i get a problem and i send a polite email, they dont answer for 2 weeks and end up closing the ticket.

There is actually something you can simply attach too a picture or a file etc in a email then when you send it to someone as soon as they click the image or the file too open it the key logger or what ever its called instantly installs too there pc/laptop, then every 3 hours you get a email from there pc/laptop and what ever email, password, bank card details they have typed in gets sent in the email to you.. Its scary how easy it is i even tried this on myself when my friend told me about it and i logged into a old email address and a few hour later he had the email and password in a email and my virus scanner did not detect it
