Also, yes the “magic school roleplays” and “lab roleplays” are so freaking annoying. It’s a warrior cat game. There are SO many games where you can do that stuff like Royale High or Brookhaven. There is usually never an actual realistic kittypet roleplay nowadays. Honestly the game devs should make an update so that there could be 2 options, one for “book accurate players who know what they’re doing ” and the other for “kids who think this is just a cat simulator and like to ruin things” :))

Yeah, I really don’t like when there’s like… ‘A nice, cat-talking fox’ helping out gather herbs in camp. I get it’s just a warriors cat game, and there are (extremely legendary and super special) cat-talking non-cats (midnight the badger), but it just ticks me off.
Fun fact - The other day i was playing with a noncat! Heres the story: So, in this game i was JokerKit (Bc my mom wanted every cat to have the same first letter, the letter being j) And there was this bob-cat cub she hated! so i befreinded them just to make her mad, the bobcats name was Banshee. My mother then soon died (Gtg-bola) and apperently someone decided to rp as Banshee's mother, Khaleesi. At that time i was now a kit the age of an apprentice, the leader had to put off my cermony. I propesed she joined us, lead told me to leave cause i made her mad, and a bi after, she actually joined! I then made a promise to always protect Banshee from death, and when we were warriors, Banshee's mother was now deputy, so i asked to go on a walk with Banshee, (for rp purposes) to confess, and during that time, Banshee crippled me, i lost my leg and half my eyesight. Banshee was then exiled, and me holding my promise, left aswell, th clan soon died after that and i followed banshee to riverclan, him soon getting exiled from there aswell. Basically i protected everyone who was hurt by Banshee, like Daybreak who almost went half blind!
I once became a giant spider in a school RP and managed to survive to the end, I lost 2 - 4 legs but managed to cripple an opponent of mine and saved a few cats.
i mean it depends about the roleplay, if its a normal clan roleplay then i guess it'll not be realistic and people will surely get mad because maybe the ad of the rp said its a realistic rp so this might be false advertising. but if it wasnt said its just a normal, realistic, or not noncats friendly then its alright?

Player 1: Prefixsuffix looked down at the fox in the clearing, looking before whispering “do you think that’s the fox that Coolmorph and leaderofwindclanstar were talking about?” Player 2: “I’m gonna go and see” [Insert both people going down into fourtrees while I was typing for rp] Player 1: Hey dude do we have perms to attack since ur a fox?// Me: I’m not a fox-// (my bio was like this; Snarky, ignorant. Tomcat. [NOT A FOX]) Player 1: Omg I just read your bio I’m so sorry// Me: Lol its okay! I’ve been called a fox like 12 times in the same server so far, it’s not that bad. And yeah you have perms to attack// This isn’t the exact convo but as close as I remember. If those two people are seeing this, Pouncer still isn’t leaving his home and his fox son is coming for you :3
What I do is check their bio and see if there’s anything like “has laser eyes” then I will tell them that’s power playing, I do like playing as a fox and denning on clan territory while avoiding the camp

Non cats are fine as long as your exp and not jointing clans without a reason (for example helping the clan in need or being taken in as a kit by a queen who lost her own litter) and as long as you don’t expect other peoples ocs to just be Alr with it
I don’t really like non-cats because once during a hyperrealistic clan rp, a fox/dog hybrid with wings stole the leader role and rock with the name ‘Twister’ (not a proper clan or leader name) and was being incredibly difficult, refused to listen to the roleplayers when told to stop interrupting the RP, being extremely rude to the actual leader and power-playing (trying to kill the actual leader with a single bite) and trying to give orders to everyone as a DOG-FOX. We just voided them and continued the RP.
I don't know what a "perm" is, but I've had so many bad experiences trying to play this game in the past I stopped playing it altogether people were so toxic for literally no reason(for example someone asking to be their mate and telling me "um you're an app" when I was only using the app model because my character I was using at the time is a small cat like scourge, these people telling me to f off basically when I asked nicely if I could play/hangout with them.. the list goes on) but if you want my opinion, I think people should be allowed to play the game however they want, they're not hurting anyone Edit: nvm I'm stupid perm means permission
I love noncats. I even have a dog oc based off of my ESSA, Pluto. But it depends on the rp. If it's a realistic clan rp, then there can't be non cats unless their rogues/loners. If it's an all inclusive rp, then its completely fine. I just recommend asking if it's realistic or all inclusive rp before joining a clan being a non cat

i think people have a right not to want to roleplay with non-cats. They want to have a REALISTIC roleplay without a fox, dog or others in clan is completly okay, and not wanting to interact either is alright! just dont harrass the non-cat.
I do find it a bit annoying when non-cats (usually baby foxes or dogs) wander into camp and get annoyed when cats react hostile to them (in rp, not actually bullying the player). That or when they constantly steal prey without perms. It's less the non-cat character and more the player not respecting / understanding how to rp.
yeah, it’s just bad when the animals invade camp and murder everyone and etc, etc Or they make the RP all about them. Though as long as they don’t do that and ask for perms then they’re pretty much fine.
Im a non-cat because i like dogs soo i make some dog oc others cats accept me like that because i don't join them just try to hide because of the oc lore some of them find me and take care of me so that my uhhh normal rp with an recent dog oc but i can be others animals hehe. You can be a non cat, but please be respectful of roleplays. If your gonna be a non cat always ask before joining a rp, this is because some people are exp and are trying to have a book accurate roleplay and/or aren’t comfortable with you joining, but as long as you respect them it’s fine.

Because those are prey and it’s not realistic . How do you expect yourself to be part of a clan and be able to have a nice chit chat with everyone when you’re their main prey-? Also, non-cats (ESPECIALLY prey) can’t even talk in the books
People can roleplay as non-cats but they can’t join clans. It would be weird to see a fox, wolf or any other non-cat being a “normal” warrior of ThunderClan.
I’m fine if people are non-cats, but if they come into camp to eat our kits, is a hybrid, somehow speaks cat, or for some reason was aloud to join the clan that’s a big fat no for me.
1. It really bugs me when people say it’s power-playing, but I can’t say a lot of those fake Lunas aren’t when they’re non-cat. There are also a LOT of people who are realistic non-cats! 2.Exp or not? There’s not really a certain way of being ‘exp’ when you’re a non-cat. Well, wolves are usually something a person would call "unrealistic" because some may not ask for perms. I've seen that quite a lot, but I tried to give the person a heads up that perms are needed to invade a camp, they sat down and listened to what the perms are, and they started to use them. It's best to help people who don't know what the perms are without yelling at them.

I escaped to LTR. The community isn't toxic and they don't mind non cats. I had a Thunder Clan rp as fox leader and everyone had a fun. No one complained, because I didn't do anything special besides being a fox that spoke cat lol.
Yes wcue is a game centered around cats but there aren’t rules saying you can’t! Just roleplay fairly and make sure other players are happy, the books have no cats and the game is based off the books. Also it’s unrealistic to not have animals other than cats and prey???

It's alright. People learn from their mistakes. I used to be like that as well when I was younger, but getting help from other people can make you a better learner and then pass that onto other new players!
I think it depends, if the player is abusing power than no it's not ok, and honestly i tolerate non-cat rpers more than i like them, they're not horrendous, but if you wanted to be a dog, join a dog game.
It doesn't count as a non-cat, but if people say something about you being a costplayer, just ignore them and move away. Don't listen to rude players!🫶

yeah whenever i host a realistic roleplay i just dont accept noncats to interact because it'll make my roleplay less realistic

I agree with this! I play as a non-cat myself sometimes, but it is really annoying when they just wander into camp and steal prey without perms-
yeah, it’s just bad when the animals invade camp and murder everyone and etc, etc
Or they make the RP all about them. Though as long as they don’t do that and ask for perms then they’re pretty much fine.
Im a non-cat because i like dogs soo i make some dog oc others cats accept me like that because i don't join them just try to hide because of the oc lore some of them find me and take care of me so that my uhhh normal rp with an recent dog oc but i can be others animals hehe. You can be a non cat, but please be respectful of roleplays. If your gonna be a non cat always ask before joining a rp, this is because some people are exp and are trying to have a book accurate roleplay and/or aren’t comfortable with you joining, but as long as you respect them it’s fine.

Because those are prey and it’s not realistic . How do you expect yourself to be part of a clan and be able to have a nice chit chat with everyone when you’re their main prey-? Also, non-cats (ESPECIALLY prey) can’t even talk in the books
People can roleplay as non-cats but they can’t join clans. It would be weird to see a fox, wolf or any other non-cat being a “normal” warrior of ThunderClan.

1. It really bugs me when people say it’s power-playing, but I can’t say a lot of those fake Lunas aren’t when they’re non-cat. There are also a LOT of people who are realistic non-cats!
2.Exp or not? There’s not really a certain way of being ‘exp’ when you’re a non-cat. As long as you aren’t power-playing and making sure you ask for perms to be on terrotory/attack/etc. Also, no offense, but just to be realistic...non-cats can’t speak to cats. It’s not like non-cats can really follow the code either!

Well, wolves are usually something a person would call "unrealistic" because some may not ask for perms. I've seen that quite a lot, but I tried to give the person a heads up that perms are needed to invade a camp, they sat down and listened to what the perms are, and they started to use them. It's best to help people who don't know what the perms are without yelling at them.

I escaped to LTR. The community isn't toxic and they don't mind non cats. I had a Thunder Clan rp as fox leader and everyone had a fun. No one complained, because I didn't do anything special besides being a fox that spoke cat lol.

Yes wcue is a game centered around cats but there aren’t rules saying you can’t! Just roleplay fairly and make sure other players are happy, the books have no cats and the game is based off the books. Also it’s unrealistic to not have animals other than cats and prey???

It's alright. People learn from their mistakes. I used to be like that as well when I was younger, but getting help from other people can make you a better learner and then pass that onto other new players!
We all start somewhere even after reading the books or not, you can still help other players.
Then they can learn from you and then they can pass that onto others!
I think it depends, if the player is abusing power than no it's not ok, and honestly i tolerate non-cat rpers more than i like them, they're not horrendous, but if you wanted to be a dog, join a dog game.

It doesn't count as a non-cat, but if people say something about you being a costplayer, just ignore them and move away. Don't listen to rude players!🫶
