Hi everyone! Welcome to day 11 of the series! Another day, another moment of me wishing I was into BTS sooner except this time I dodge accountability and blame Özlem. Lmao, only jokes... I'm understanding more and more what you guys mean with "they come to you when the time is right". Now we get to have this lovely journey together and I get to understand our best friend Özlem better. Hope you guys are enjoying these days as much as we are. Please enjoy the ride as we extend beyond the 14 days! Obligatory copy paste haha: If you are new to our series, just a heads up, all days have been predetermined and or recorded. If you recommend videos for us they will get lost in the comment section but please don’t hesitate to leave them still for potential new army. Just know that it’ll be hard for us to keep track unless it’s on the final day of the series or in our discord server. Thank you so much for your patience! We really appreciate you and let’s have fun over the next few days okay 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
@@HoseokIsMyZaddy theyre doing it just not in this video and I get them wanting to listen to the studio version first (+ their lyrics are super important too)
If you focus on to the lyrics you will notice how mad and angry they were. Armys are aware how ruthless the industry was to them but we do not know everything that happens behind the scenes, only the boys know. Their success is the biggest clapback to all the haters, doubters and the elites who wanted them out of the picture. That's why it's not easy to let BTS go. As long as they continue making music ARMYS will stay unconditionally, some might stan other groups but when time comes BTS reunites, it'd be home calling us all back 😂. In kpop, new/old whatever generation, big groups come and go. BTS is here to stay no matter what generation they are in.
outro: tear was written when bts was thinking of disbanding back in early 2018-ish, when yoongi made the song, he showed it to the guys and they all cried together. everybody thought it was a romantic break up song but then when we heard the context from yoongi in one of their documentary movies, it was that much more heartbreaking - it was about a possible break up of the group all along. can't listen to the song normally ever again. saying it now in case özlem didn't, i'll delete if she did later haha
I'm not an army but I do listen to some of their snogs (as group, sub-units, soloists)... I knew cypher was good because people told me but I didn't check it out, now I regret it 'cause the rap-line slaps, the lyrics, the beat, their tones, e v e r y t h i n g
Rapline is the backbone of BTS imo. The vocal line is really talented, but if not for the amazing, amazing lyrics that were written by the rapline, I don't think I would have become this obsessed with them lol. BTS's biggest strength is their lyrics and music. Add to that their stage presence, charisma, vocals, rap flow & dance, and you get a near perfect group. I also have to give credit to the Big Hit staff. Some of them have been with BTS since debut and they have done amazing work for BTS. Pdogg, Slow Rabbit, Supreme Boi & El Capitxn deserve some type of special award for the masterpieces they have created with BTS. Bang PD too. And the choreographies created by Son Seung Duk are so iconic, especially the award show dances that he choreographed early on in BTS's careers.
Rap line is my favourite. All of them eat the stage in live performances. I'm sure she'll get more emotional watching "TEAR" live especially Hobi's verse. Good for Ozlem. I also have a friend who is not open for them yet. But now I'm not gonna give up. I'm pretty sure she'll like them but also she'll regret for not giving them a chance before. Idk I try hard sending M Vs, explaining her some staff. But she does the same thing as Esosa. Recently she said she's not interested in them. But whenever we watch them she speaks nicely about them. I'll go on and never stop COZ I know she'll like them.
there are a lot of good rappers in kpop, but honestly the perfect combo of BTS rap line is unstoppable and unbeatable. no one has a chance with these men's lyrics and stage presence 🔥. I fall in love every moment than i listen bts. Aaaaaish 😅💜
Yes, BTS rapline is just on another level. Somehow the stars aligned because these 3 are somehow in the same group. OT7 forever but honestly, I'm drawn to BTS cause of their rapline.
This BTS series makes my days brighter and it reminds me a bit of me, not long ago on the same journey. I still have a lot to learn about our boys mainly because I don't have any Army friends and I'm going at it as fast as I can and basically blindly😅 but I'm loving it. It's lovely to see Esosa fall for this 7 beautiful humans and her falling for Joonie reminds me of how I fell for Jimin 😅 I send you all a warm hug and I'm looking further to many more videos💜
Since D-Day is going to be released Apr 21 and marks the end of Agust D's trilogy, I recommend Esosa listen to Yoongi's mixtapes Agust D and D-2 before D-Day comes out before Joon's and Hobi's solo work. D-Day is going to wrap up the story of who Yoongi is/was in his 20s now that he's reached 30. It takes less than an hour to listen to both mixtapes, and there's only 3 mvs to get through (2 from Agust D and 1 from D-2) but all 3 are connected.
To be honest bts got me into rap and hip hop and I am a really big fan of rapline of bts and they all three have different styles of rapping which is why it is so interesting
I’m happy your on the journey now, because I’m now a year and a half (or two) on my journey and while surfing reactors, have found you two. And you make me so happy. I could adore Özlem any more when she sings along. Couldn’t be cuter to see Army doing what Army does. Then watching Esosa lose her marbles over and over as she gets her life rearranged again and again makes all our hearts burst with happiness. We love watching people fall for the boys like we all did at one time. Can’t wait for more. Heck, you can do 14 episodes that have a ton of content just in solo work! And we have the Japanese songs to go through, Rise Of Bangtan and so so so much more!! I only am sad we have to wait for the next episode, because we all love watching you two on the journey, teacher and student traveling down the rabbit hole!
The discussion at the end is so true and hilarious cause i've seen it happening right now as we speak. Antis obsessing over jimin and jk doing laundry showing. These people are not mentally well.
Esosa, if you love albums that tell a story throughout, you're gonna love Indigo by our one and only RM. I don't know if Özlem is planning on showing you his album, but that album is truly a lyrical and musical masterpiece. 🙇🏼♀️ Namjoon himself said that Indigo is basically like a diary for him of the 3-4 years before the album came out. He also said that people should listen to the tracks in order because it tells a story and I just think it's literally mind-blowing. 😌🖤
Given the aggressive Joon bias, I'd love to see y'all revisit "Wildflower" and react to "Smoke Sprite," just to see Esosa really experience them to the fullest.
the rapline were the ones that literally made me become a full on army when i was baby army hehehhee their lyrics just made me realize how different they were as artists like not even kpop just a general artist western or eastern artist musician
Only bts rapline made me love rap now. Before, I never give much attention to rap, but now I appreciate the skill and art it takes to produce one. Love love the bts rappers 💜💜💜
Big Hit must officially release DDAENG on all official music platforms on the group's next anniversary or something! WE NEED THIS SONG ON OFFICIAL PLATFORMS! 🔥🔥🔥
Yes album listens please!! Especially with BTS theyre very meticulous with the tracklist and why each song is positioned the way they are how every song and lyric connects to the next (same goes for their concert setlist theyre very serious about their art) Please do the albums in chronological order its so important cause the growth? Mmhm.
Oh, I love all rap line's songs, they're truly amazing My fav is Tear too, especially bc of it's meaning. Ever since I heard yoongi played the song for the members and they all cried, I cry too while listening to it
this is hands down the best reaction to the rap line stuff on youtube! you crack me up! The looping the best parts, Ozlem knowing ALL the adlibs and the iconic verses, girls y'all are so me. You get into my reactors pantheon for sure.
I am here for the looks that Esosa is giving as each rap starts. It is so good. I liveee for this kind of relatable reacting oof and also superior song choices Ozlem
If the order of the songs on albums are important to you then you are going to LOVE listening to bts albums whenever that time comes because their albums are always telling a story. This series have been the highlight of my days lately, thank you for doing this💜

I really really hope, that you'll listen to cypher pt 2, it's iconic to say the least and my favorite out of all the cyphers. Especially RM's switch between English and Korean rap and Suga's lung capacity and speed. 💜💜
My son showed me BTS for about 6-9 months prior to me watching them perform DNA on American TV and I saw nothing that caught my attention. Then at that performance, Jimin grabbed me.-like shook my heart awake when I was really depressed. I don't know why I didn't see their specialness at the time my son showed me. I was just ready and magic happened. I saw in technicolor again.
I think Esosa would love the video that fully explains the lyrical genius behind Ddaeng. I have loved every day of this journey. So happy to have found you ladies. 🎉
Fun fact : At the YTC busan concert, they showed the chyper pt 3 killer live where at that time the audience was not only the army but also the ranks of government officials in busan. Sorry for my google english translation
Thank you for this reaction and these series. 💚 Hi Esosa, I’m 45 yo and The Cypher Medley live in Tokyo and Cypher pt 3 and Ugh lives at Busan are some of the most powerfully brilliant performances I’ve ever seen on a screen in my life. Thanks Ozlem for organizing the series and the overall support to Esosa (especially if you’re gonna watch the above mentioned performances with her). Enjoy!

Sometimes it's when we're excited (maybe esaso) about something and someone spoils it it reduces our excitement so i have often. I like Yoongi's part in Cypher4's song. This part is Cypher's important climax. 4 i should have seen ososa's ultimate reaction, but😂
thank you SO much for reaction to the outro:tear lyrics and not the live. Don't get me wrong I love the live version and understand why people hype it so much, but it's an even better experience when you already know what they're talking about, when you know the lyrics and know how the music feels. Once you listen to the song uninterrupted, the live is the next step. Live singing isn't enough to focus on the lyrics, outro:tear needs concentration.
They literally started rap/hiphop before even being trainees, so those who said their rap line is not good are just ignorant about what is real rap and are used to those who don't even write their own lyrics... remember guys that the base of rap is lyricism

My ultimate bias is Taehyung but whenever i see people who loves Namjoon it makes me happy. This man is so talented and smart he deserve lots of love.
Simply put, no rap line is ever touching BTS’ rap line. THEYRE TOO GOATED!!! 🐐🐐🐐

Live singing isn't enough to focus on the lyrics, outro:tear needs concentration.
y'all need to do bts reaction to vocal line singing DDAENG❤
Outro: Tear being my most played song from 2018 to 2021 🤧
I love their live rap the most
They literally started rap/hiphop before even being trainees, so those who said their rap line is not good are just ignorant about what is real rap and are used to those who don't even write their own lyrics... remember guys that the base of rap is lyricism
私はRap Lineが大好きです🖤特にSUGA🔥
