@saathisingh2051 As you know there is no guarantee of anything ever in life. There may be many factors some of them so simply like the quality of the supplements you take, or the intensity of the exercise you made -if too much will cause you stress. Look into red light therapy applied in the belly, oats as a daily food portion, fresh juices, Preseed, raspberry tea leaf, homeopathy for pregnancy (calcarea carbonica 30CH 2 times a day for 3 months -avoid during menses), acupuncture for fertility, levels of cortisol, there are so many things that may be taken in consideration. Also, are you checking the levels of the absorption of the supplements? What is a balanced diet for example? Are you taking sugars in the form of packed breads? fresh salmon that contains allergens and anato? Packed salad leaves? and tuna that contains mercury? Low fat products maybe or deli counter foods? It is important to know what we call 'balanced' and according to who. I bet you don't eat many eggs per week. I am not expert just sharing my experience to try to help. Keep digging. You are still very young and have many cicles to be successful. Don't give up!!!@@saathisingh2051

I am a subscriber from Hungary, and desperate to have a baby,. We have been trying for over a year without success. I am turning 42 this year, my amh is 0.96 ng/mL and FSH is 9.62 mUI/mL. I ve been to several doctors and basically they all told me that i am healthy, all hormon levels are fine but due to my age i am not getting pregnant and my only hope is IVF. I have been following ur channel for a while and been doing diet taking vitamins etc. We had a failed IVF a month ago. Only 1 mature egg was retrieved and stopped developing on day 5. My doctor recommended another try within 3 months.
I am disappointed to see that the general practice if u r over 35 straight away IVF, and the only hormon they are interested in is AMH. I had consulted with doctors in Hungary, Spain, Slovakia but unfortunately ve not been able to find a doctor like You
They think that once u r over 35 and AMH is low u can do whatever you want u can not change the fact that ur time is up to become pregnant naturally. Your videos are the only ones what keep me going and they give me hope. ❤❤️

I know that Q10 in the form of Ubiquionol and DHEA help to improve the egg quality. Also L-arginine to improve the linen of your uterus. @AimeeMarsh-m5y 6 месяцев назад

Menstrual cups are reusable period products that are usually made from medical-grade silicone, latex, or rubber. They can also be made from thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), a type of plastic. The material should be comfortable, easy to insert and remove, and able to withstand boiling, pulling, and cyclic use. Some menstrual cups may also contain elastomer, dye, or colorant, but the amount should be no more than 0.5%.
Personally I don’t want that stuff in my body plus I’m allergic to latex.

I not only got a period after 11 months of no period and signs of menopause but got a consequitive one too and on time. My breasts also got abit more plump which is nice being smaller breasted. Also hydration drinking. I feel better and so so encouraged and hopeful esp. Learning from doctor marc as well. Just start and you will be motivated to keep up step by step as you make the effort and believe your body will use all the goodness.Lia

20 minutes in the sun in Australia is dangerous without sun protection. Going for a walk for 30 minutes before 9 am and after 4 pm with sunscreen and a hat is fine and you get enough vitamin D (if you live in Australia, the West side of America, Egypt/Jordan/Palestine/Israel/Lebanon/Syria ect).
