During the Hot Ballroom Dancesport challenge lecture series Anna Matus and Gabriele did a lecture concerning how to coordinate chest and body actions in rumba. This was such a fun class with so much great information for advanced and novice dancers to take try out at home and in the studio !

Dance Today Yeah I saw it, better than nothing. My trainer wears a tight T-shirt most of the time so I'm used to paying attention to the body movement(ripcage, hips etc.) and it's quite helpful.
