I think you're slightly off on your down payment. It's 183,600 plus closing costs. Maybe you were rounding down or taking into consideration the builders closing bonus. Just thought you might want to correct it

What is your thought about the pollution from the Chiquita Canyon Landfill nearby?
I’m torn on the situation. Obviously breathing in toxic air is horrible. But I have multiple friends who live in the community who say they don’t smell anything. I live within the lawsuit boundary and haven’t felt any health issues. Are you looking to move into the area?
I was wondering the same thing
I had been contemplating the purchase of a new home in that area when I encountered information about the landfill issue. I'm concerned that not all health-related problems would manifest immediately. If someone doesn't care, that is none of my business.
