installed this on my Y - great video and worked great. Getting the cable plugged in was definitely the hardest part haha. One issue however, and I am not positive it’s related. Since install my Tesla Navigation does not function, just says “Tesla Navigation System Initializing” and never resolves itself. No matter how many reboots, or service location (wifi or LTE). Any idea if this new screen could be causing the issue?

Great video 👍. Two questions 1) did you see any effect on your range from the additional power draw? 2) does this also work for right hand drive cars? Cheers
If you look at the web site for this product, you will see a choice between left or right hand drives. Can't answer your first question, but I would take a guess and say it would be minimal power usage.

how do you even get the grey cable unplugged? I find it extremely hard to even reach it, put pushing on the clip and pulling at the same time is very difficult, there's so many cables around that I don't see where I can make room to push them to the side so I can unplug the grey one

@@dadstoyscars I've got the 2021 refresh model which still had the intel chipset I've tried pulling the side panel out to see if I can get more reach but it didn't help much. Hi, the connector that connects the display to main computer unit (MCU) is basically taking information from the car computer. It doesn’t modify anything in MCU. As far as I know it doesn’t void any warranty but if you ask Tesla technicians of course they will said yes. Because Tesla do not want you to add any aftermarket parts to their car just like any other car brands. Thank you for watching! Please subscribe for future contents.🙏😃

What size screws are those for that plastic cover you didn’t remove which scrapped hand? It’s like a star shaped pattern?
