I am already on my second main street bakery and I am surprised that I havent had a single issue with the wicks in this scent. This is my all-time favorite bath and body works candle. It does transform on warm. I would be willing to pay a good amount of money for this candle and like you, I only usually buy from them when there is a good sale and I have a coupon but I would buy this candle for $30 and just put it in my crock.
So glad you found a holy grail scent. Isn't that fun?? Hope you are able to get your hands on more! My store had a ton of them. Wish is had different wicks for sure.
I have found that every BBW candle I burn that comes in one of those neutral jars performs awful - like soot city. I try to stay away from them, unless its a scent I have to have like Pink Lavender & Espresso that doesn't come in any other jar. So, I resign those jars to the lamp or crock. I don't know why that is happening to me, but it does. I don't much care for those jars anyway, so I guess that's fine... LOL
Speaking of PL&E, I get vanilla-y marshmallow first and foremost. I get a tiny bit of coffee. The candle is almost the same as Lavender Marshmallow to me, with that TINY bit of coffee added. Isn't that funny?

I love pink lavender and espresso. 😂 And I can’t put my finger on why. It’s just so nice in my office space. Warm and relaxing without being heavy. It feels good for my productivity somehow. 😂. Always enjoy your reviews have a great week.
Oh it's such a popular scent! I wish it spoke to me the way it spoke to most people lol! Something about lavender just rubs me the wrong way haha!
I smelled like smoke when I was younger too but mine was cigarette smoke and I also got teased so I will never ever smoke! lol! 😑😂
Oh yes, that was me every time I visited my american grandma Betty. She smoked like 2 packs a day. Rough habit. I don't know how people do it.
In the UK we burn outdoors too, why not. With a tiny breeze it definitely wafts around better. In the summer I burn jars that I’m not too keen on or want to use up, Usually paraffin jars. Never my BBWs that I love. 😊Pauline.

Melanie, you did not mention the name of the Scentsy lavender bar and I could not make out the name on the Scentsy packaging. Is it LOTS OF LAVENDER? If so, that one has chamomile as well but it is so light that after 20 minutes you cannot detect it. Everyone I know has complained of the lack of fragrance (zero) after a matter of minutes. If this is what you melted, perhaps that is why you were able to enjoy it because within minutes its gone. Strange, the bar, on cold, one can easily detect the fragrance but when melted its not there! I love Lavender and Chamomile combined. BBW had a line in their aromatherapy that was that combo and I purchased loads of it before BBW discontinued it. On those BWW thick tree stump wicks, I have learned to trim them rather short before each burn which has made a difference, My Wildberry & Ube I did not have that degree of problem, perhaps a small amount of soot near the last burns. I really think there are lot differences with all candle companies. I had been burning Kringle's Easter Brunch and was shocked to see the soot I was getting from the candle and the darkening of the wax. Although I got soot with their Blueberry Lavender, this was the first time the wax got dirty looking. Also on the Easter Brunch the wax was "juicy" on top when received and the "juicy" appearance is also there after ithe wax hardens after each burn. I use the term "juicy" as others have used with Scentsy bars when the oils surface to the top on older wax bars. The fragrance is nice, but it does get lost in my open concept area. I wish Kringle would increase their strength and throw on some of these large two wicks. I know it can be done, although there is not much area burning to develop a good size pool, they have managed to do it with a couple other of their regular large container candles.
Yes, I think it was lots of lavender. It would make sense if it had a good dose of chamomile. But yes, thankfully the lavender was light and it did go fast. No love lost for that one being done lol!
Did you smell Book Loft?
I did... it was kind of an easy pass for me personally. The bergamot was a bit much in that one.
I didn’t understand the hype of Almond croissant either. I took it back smelled like popcorn when I burned it.
Oh I know, I wish I loved it. Honestly I was bummed with my nose for not liking it.
