Again a very great tutorial. Very nice and well explained the shop system. In my project it seems if have added some small own bugs which i now try to find. I like it that it is possible to see a tutorial again to find problems or to refresh the new knowledges. I like it to use the tutorial series also as a reference book. I have worked with several tutorials already more than once.
Thank you very much for all the tutorials, you are incredible, I am developing a system in first and third person with your tutorials, if you want, when I finish perfecting it I can send it to you, so at least I can give you something as a thank you
Hey Mike, Im pretty at the start of your tutorials and Im using other prefabs to make the game look more realistic. But I got 2 problems and Im trying to solve them for half a year. I hope you could help me. 1: Every time I place trees over the map and then start the game it starts to lag alot. I tryed many methods of other youtube tutorials but they didnt helped. Im not even using high grafik designs. I hear of occlusion culling but even when I use it it doesnt really help. Is there a way to make objects far away to have lower grafiks? I think Im using it wrong. 2: I have a pretty big map and I made a script with chat gpt to automaticly place trees all over the map. It works pretty fine but all the trees get spawned in equal lines. I hope you find time to help me.
Hi Tessi, i have for testing 20000 simple trees added only cyclinder and shere with color. The fps rate goes down to 20fps. Than i have used free trees (without LOD) from the asset store and fps is again 60. In a world with many trees the LOD should help a lot.
Tysm for all these tutorials! Hoping to get started on unity and learn more about it to make my dream game :D do you have any more recommended resources? Just curious
@@angelic1227 I think the best thing to do is to aquire a good programming foundation. Learn about OOP concepts, error handling, classes, types. It will make your life much easier dealing with Unity. Learning the Unity interface and different components is rather straightforward, and comes with time. Even then, it depends on what you decided to focus on (2D, 3D, Animation...)
Im still at the 3rd episode, thank you so much i was looking for tutorials on making a exact same game like this

Sure, it's planned for this series, although it takes me time to get there...

Maybe a small arcade game. Like a recreating of pacman or tetris, but with a unique style.
Learn how to pronounce Euler (sounds like "Oiler" ) correctly yet?
