The first and only time my husband and I sat together in church to hear Lisa speak, she spoke this very message outta Romans. That was years ago. She hadn’t even written Adamant yet, however God had given her a message to preach and she did so. It’s intensified over these years, because well, so has this world. Keep pressing on Madrina! Why can't God look at me, how I am, in all my sin, and understand that I am only human. I am not God, I am not holy, but I am still loveable. I am trying. I am fighting against evil. I am suffering towards being better. If I can look at my children and see that they are not perfect, but that they are growing towards becoming better...if I can understand that we live in a world that isn't perfect, and the fears, pain, and sorrow are capable of impacting the human soul- then why can't God? I don't want to go to God with a "Covering". I don't want to wear a mask, like I'm tricking God into accepting me. I don't want a covering - I want a healing and an acceptance. I want God's love, grace, and mercy - not His blind eye
