I Would Chose Casio F91w Not Other Because:
A158 Looks Like Stainless Steel Version
F105 Looks Like Illuminator Version
F94w Looks Like AE1200 of F91w
F84 Looks Like Classic Version
But None of Them Match the Level of Casio F91w

Basically every other model was derived from F91w, not the other way around.
F91 is the original, not a spin-off

For me, my World Time Royale gets the most wear. I do like the F91W though, but World Time is my favourite!

you didn't mention W-202, which is by far the best F-91W alternative. It's as minimalist, but it also offers illuminator and 24h countdown timer.
