Honestly I went through a really serious breakup recently, he had eyes for someone else and I was so oblivious until he finally admitted it and dumped me so he could date her and it really sucks. The best, BEST thing you can do is just let yourself feel those bad feelings and feel that pain, let yourself cry and sleep and nap and feel crappy, and then accept that you have to move on and pick yourself up; realize that you are worth so much more. That is what worked best for me and I am still in the process of doing but just let yourself cry and be angry and scream and feel, let yourself sleep all day and eat some ice cream girl I promise you will feel better soon. It will take time to heal, but that is the beauty of you! You don’t need him to realize how happy and lucky and amazing you are!

Totally agree, the only way to get over it is to let yourself feel whatever you need to feel and work through it, don’t suppress it! Went through the exact same thing last year, ex left me for someone else and at the time i was so upset but now i realize how wrong that relationship and that person was for me and i feel relieved to be free of them. You dodged a bullet, you’re much better off being on your own than with someone who doesn’t see your worth!

Aww heartbreak is never ever easy. All you can do is throw yourself into things that make you happy: working out, seeing family, hanging with friends, getting that coffee. And just enjoying it and reminding yourself you deserve the world
hey love, breakups do suck, honestly and it's okay to feel like the negativity gets dragged on. i think one of the best ways to kind of cope is validating anything you're feeling. Then you can let yourself breathe, take care of yourself, clean and get rid of any clutter, go out and see friends (safely, ofc!), and then just start doing things to grow self-dependence and your own little source of pure happiness (for me, it's painting).
hi, omg I feel you. I went through the biggest heartbreak ever right when corona hit so that was worse for the timing but it was a blessing in disguise. This may sound cheesy but try not to talk to the person and legit do anything you want! keep doing your routines and take care of yourself even on the days that hit you the worse. Journal and talk to friends and family. just let the emotions come to you and don't push them away. Then remember the right person will want to be with you and want to live life with you! Just keep doing you and the right person who aligns with you and your life will come at the perfect time. Just keep doing you and try not to talk to the person!
OMG I’m literally going through heartbreak as well right now. What’s helped me is talking about it with friends, letting myself feel my emotions but also doing things I love and spending time with friends and making new memories❤️
The best thing you can do is focus on you! Doing things that bring you joy and positivity. I try to stay off of social media and stay busy whether I catch up with old friends, see/talk to my family more, try a new hobby, workout etc. time heals all!

I went through a horrible heartbreak a few years ago. Make sure you feel that pain. Don't ignore the pain, it hurts but the sooner you feel it now, the less you'll feel the pain over time, you don't want to drag it out! Also, humor. I watched a lot of comedy and jeffree star and laughing helped. Another thing is I found shows I really liked and binged them. It helped me to focus on other things(because it was on my mind a LOT) you got this girl!

Focus on yourself girl, you’re so young and have so much time to find the right person for you! That shouldn’t even be your main concern though, don’t distract yourself with someone else or suppress your feelings of heartbreak, its okay to feel that way, just let yourself feel whatever emotions come up but dont stay stuck in a negative headspace. this is as random as it can get, but I was thinking about you this week (i keep up with ALL the content 😁) , and I had a funk as well, was dealing with a heartbreak too this past few days, and today I decided to start fresh. To focus on me again, do the things I like to do, and give myself the same pep talk I would give to a friend (don’t be so hard on yourself, even if you think you’re the problem) there’s always space for growth! take it as a lesson, something to learn from. And also, cry and let go (coming from a very sensitive person💖)

Its normal if you sleep alot to get sleeper and sleeper. I dont know why that happens but i think it messes up your sleep cycle. You basically confused your body! Great video 🥰🥰🥰
