Learning basic meditation and mindfulness from Batman while The Dark Knight soundtrack plays in the background is precisely why I logged on to RUclips today.
I’m halfway through watching this - and again I find myself thankful for being alive in a time where we have tools to create content like this. And to the person who continues to make these, you are making good use of this tech to better the world. Again, thank you
Right I wasn't prepared to sit down and get that intense after getting home from work my mind a disaster and sometimes I don't even realize how much. I know I can do better but yet for some reason I just don't
Need one with Dante and him despite his traumas, manage to overcome them and move through his life. Despite doing it out of vengeance towards the demons. He himself was determinate enough to forgive others and help whoever he can.
Hebrews 12:11 “no discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it”
This video is incredible. It straight up feels like Bruce Wayne himself is instructing you to unlock your own latent superpower - a superpower that all humans have: mindfulness. Imagine yourself in this movie of your life. You've been searching, waiting for something for so long on how to move forward, where to go, what to do, how to behave. And then you wind up in the presence of greatness, Batman himself. And he gives you your first lesson out of the muck and dark confusion of your mind. And as the lesson proceeds you feel the return of hope. Hope that there is a way out and through this darkness you've been lost in. And that hope gives you strength. Gives you resolve. You feel this overwhelming, uplifting swell in your chest as if your very soul were reawakened from a long restless sleep and rising up from the dirt. And as you wipe the tears from your eyes and breathe life for what seems to be the first time, your vision becomes clear. You can do this. You can go the distance and become the man you desire to be. Mindfulness is THE lesson to learn to find a way out of the dark. Thank you for making this video. ... ...and... ... Rest in peace, Kevin Conroy. You were father to us all.
Saying “ok” or holding the 👌 hand sign has been the most effective thing for my life so far. Not necessarily for someone to hear it, but for your own mind to hear it. And if I don’t feel like repeating it externally, I can say it internally, I realize no matter what happens in my life I’ll be OK.
there should be some study or analysis done on this nuanced phenomena.. there is a certain clarity of articulation, maybe, enunciation, combined with the (possibly) idealized leader or commanders voice, that the animated (if I'm not mistaken, I'm certainly stoned so) batmans voice, has which commands or maybe, requires, a certain matching of intellect as you listen, to consider what's being said.. anyway, there's a characteristic that is unique and also may be impacted by the listeners perception of what Batman stands for/represents.. the only close match, voice wise and, respectability wise, is Joshua Graham the Burned Man from New Vegas, as he cleans his sidearm, and reads you The Art of War... or Revelation.
This may have been one of the most valuable speeches I’ve ever heard in my life. Honestly started crying while listening to it. My life and my mind are a mess, but I think this may have been the push I needed to finally sort my shit out.
Right there with you in many ways. You're not alone, even if everything you see, think and feel say otherwise. Example: this video and you somehow came together. Let's do this, even if one tiny step at a time in each moment.
The fact that you admitted that the video affected you the way it did takes guts my man. Bravo. I hope you find peace on your journey. Embrace the darkness and become a light. Become like Batman.
Imagining the Batman ( Kevin conroy) coaching speaking in my ear on never again sabotage myself overcome emotions to be Stronger as I workout. Is something didn't know I always needed.

a great thing to do to beat depression is to think of big and small things you would like to build up and do and have in life.. and then to think of and do the steps TO get closer to having those things, DO the process TO get the results we WANT.. then DOING the things diverts our mind AWAY from the depressed thoughts and onto good constructive things for us, and through time (days, weeks, months and years) we can find we are feeling much better and that we are thinking of, and doing, good positive nice things we like good luck folks! Best wishes from Rolland in Scotland
you and me both! who do you think be next? better question, who would you like to see? Ill go first, I hereby nominate Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn as our next Champion

Could you do one on batman overcoming health problems? I'm dealing with some strange stuff That won't go away, and batman seems to never give up no matter how broken he gets.
Focus. Mindfulness. Notice everything around you. See things as clearly as possible. Name 5 things for each human sense. Notice your intense feelings so they leave. All of which lays the foundation of self discipline.
I am addicted to both this, and your masterchief advice - I share it with adults - We are all dysfunctional In our own ways - A stoic guide is a definite Help . . .
This was impressive. Both the mindfulness exercises, the script and of course.. Batman and Kevin Conroy’s voice. How did you create his voice? Amazing!
back again, i love this video - please just make more batman with the sad tragic music pls - id like to hear one that talks about getting over things and dealing with loss.
Thank you for making this video and all the rest you made. Today in my morning work out this came across. This speaks deeply to how used to be and where I'm going now.
Why are we here ladies and gents because we know and trust the bat we know and have that mentality to push throughout this life nomatter how we think we are wither we think we are fine we can always do better than now always make progress
So what is this speech from? Who penned this? I really liked it and want to read the text in which this was drawn from or who originally wrote it. This video is outstanding on it's own merit but I would like more.
I never bought into my feelings too much. I acted from this place you are describing and I am depressed. Is that the goal? What now batman? I ain’t no heroe like you…
I think Batman might tell you that depression certainly isn’t the goal…Not simply because its undesirable, but because it’s beyond your ability to control either way. You don’t decide to be depressed any more than you decide to be happy. Feelings may occur within you, but they are NOT you. What you ARE is someone with the power to take action…to make decisions…to pick a direction in life and walk in it. This is what is up to you. Not your feelings, but your choices. So set your focus there. Feelings will come and go in their own time. Your job isn’t to change them. Your job is to identify what you truly value in life…the things that really matter to you in your innermost being… and perform actions in keeping with those values. If you do this, you may come to find that your feelings have a way of changing in conformance with the positivity generated by your values-oriented moves…But even if they don’t, the tangible outworkings of the life you live will still be a far greater blessing to you, and to those you care about, than they ever could have been had you allowed your depressive moods to dictate your actions. So keep your head up and keep moving forward. I know I speak for everyone here when I say we’re rooting for you.

If only the music was a little lower, then the speaking. Cause some parts, the music kinda drowns out his voice.
Likewise.
If only more adults can control their negative emotions and impulses
Even now, there are glimmers of hope that rise up in a sea of doubt.
Always.
I like this ❤
"If you cant imagine Batman comforting a child then you didn't write Batman. You wrote Punisher with a funny hat."
baaahahaha 😂
Didn't think I needed a pep talk from Batman, till I got a pep talk from Batman………
Haha 😂
Batman standing in the rain reminding us to rise above ourselves is not the hero we deserve, but the one we need right now.
RIP Kevin Conroy, glad to hear his voice once more
He lives on through this.
Agreed, comforting in a way
Your doing a good thing with this channel. Good work. Keep going.
HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST VIDEO ON RUclips, THE ADVICE CONTAINED

0:01 This can play at the end of the dark knight rises when Robin throws his badge into the water, and becomes Robin, the best ending ever
Need one with Dante and him despite his traumas, manage to overcome them and move through his life. Despite doing it out of vengeance towards the demons. He himself was determinate enough to forgive others and help whoever he can.
And be sure to use Reuben Langdon's voice.
I cried hearing this, miss you Mr.Conroy
When I was a little boy, I wanted to be Superman. When I grew up and became a man, I wanted to be Batman.
Progress over perfection!
Though it might be obvious to some, hearing 'what you feel is not what you are' hit like a hard punch. I'm glad I clicked on this video.
