Tried this yesterday and gosh it was amazing.
This was the first time I tried it and it was just wow!!! Only thing I did different was I added a few drops of rose essence as I did not have rose water.

@@samanfatima2935 no. I did it like she has showed it. But I guess oven will be easier as it will brown on the top as well on baking mode. Will reduce the effort of turning it over

Haven't cream cheese can we substitute it and can we use oil inplace of butter?
U can use khoya and cheeder cheese or rabri instead of cream cheese. ......butter enhance your flavor rather than oil so don't use it!

Thanks for another great recipe lekin, I followed your seek kabab recipe with kacha papita and made with straw. They looked and cooked great but meray seek kabab ka texture chunky Raha I wanted more fine.

So when I ate leftover kabab next day the texture had become more fine . Does it mean I had to marinade more? I had marinaded over 12 hr in fridge before cooking.
