They did multiple videos for surgeon simulator where they would share the controls, and in the heart transplant, they managed to remove the old heart, and as they prepped to place the new one, Gavin whipped the mouse across because their patient was bleeding out, and released the heart accidentally, prompting the "Wet paper towel!" exchange.
there's also the Birgirpall reference from Biggi and Banzaii's video about it, where Biggi flipped a spoon and caught it, saying "Let's see that sick shit again!" before giving it a slow mo replay. Replicating the act nets the "Let's see that sick filth" achievement/trophy.
Another one for The Stanley Parable Ultra Deluxe: In the expo section there's a QR code that linked to the game's website. During Jerma and Asmongold's Stream(not sure if anyone elso also had this) the devs added a expo visitor live feed section, showing a screenshot of their stream with the caption "Right now a man called is exploring the exhibit. He is reading this right now."
My favorite one of these was when MatPat did a theory on the game Kindergarten. He theorized that the pile of nuggets in the Nugget Cave wouldn’t be enough to break the fall and the characters should’ve died. Then in the second game, when the Nugget Cave is rebuilt, if you inspect the nugget pile there’s a little note that pops up that says something like “Some say that this pile should’ve been bigger in order to cushion your fall, but it seemed to have worked just fine.” His reaction to it on stream has always been pretty funny to me.
Hey, an idea for a sequel: Theres this youtuber named let's game it out who is well known for playing games in a horribly wrong but funny way. Amongst his most played games theres one called hydroneer where he had already drained a river out of any fish, shoplifted stores to resell their contents and completely broke the game with nukes. So on update 1.0 the devs added a wanted sign with his channel logo and the bounty reward of a million coins, as a reference to his goal for every video: to get a million coins as wrongly as possible.
A little fun fact most of these developers did not roll the RUclipsr especially for the one with the RUclipsr broke his headphones they patched the bugs and then they added that as an Easter egg
Yeah, I had plenty of back and forth conversations with the devs about that bug. Told me this was one of the toughest bugs he had ran into. The headphones were just a kind gesture if you think about it

Early in the video of the demo playthrough, Gavin had shown the middle finger and mistakenly called it "Flipping the bean". A few days, i always wanted to make a survival horror game and add little easter eggs to my favorite youtubers as places you can find when walking around.
Another honorable mention: KreekCraft, a well known Roblox youtuber/streamer, has been trolled by the devs of a Roblox game, twice. About 2 years ago, there was an event being held, called the RB Battles, and during its 2nd season finale, there was a shrine that would fill to 100%, showing that the finale is ready. While Kreek was waiting for it to fill, the shrine displayed various messages that has Kreek confused, and it even greeted him. The same thing happened in season 3 of RB Battles, and poked fun of his resonator saying “Nice resonator KreekCraft :)” as Kreek has a normal resonator instead of a gold one, as he overslept, and missed his chance of getting the gold one. Honorable mention 3: KreekCraft 2.0: Kreek is known to be a big fan of the Roblox Doors game, and streams it pretty much almost all the time. In one of his streams, he’s been stream sniped by the devs of the game, and Kreek ended up being mass swarmed by the monsters the devs spawned in, and when Kreek dies in-game, the Guiding Light, a peaceful entirety of the Doors game, trolls Kreek too after he dies from being monster spammed by the devs. There’s a lot more I want to mention, but I think this is enough, as Kreek couldn’t cut some slack from being trolled by multiple devs of various Roblox games😅

I was expecting Let's Game It Out wanted poster to be on this list. For thost that don't know LGIO is a RUclipsr that loves to abuse in game physics and map glitches. IN the game Hydroneer he found away to steal form the stores so the devs put a wanted poster in the game for him
In Ice Scream 2, there was a refrigerator in your house and you could arrange letters to spell out words. If you put a RUclipsr name, like ThinkNoodles, in a later level of the game you could watch that RUclipsr playing Ice Scream.

A few days, i always wanted to make a survival horror game and add little easter eggs to my favorite youtubers as places you can find when walking around.
Another honorable mention: KreekCraft, a well known Roblox youtuber/streamer, has been trolled by the devs of a Roblox game, twice. About 2 years ago, there was an event being held, called the RB Battles, and during its 2nd season finale, there was a shrine that would fill to 100%, showing that the finale is ready. While Kreek was waiting for it to fill, the shrine displayed various messages that has Kreek confused, and it even greeted him. The same thing happened in season 3 of RB Battles, and poked fun of his resonator saying “Nice resonator KreekCraft :)” as Kreek has a normal resonator instead of a gold one, as he overslept, and missed his chance of getting the gold one.
Honorable mention 3: KreekCraft 2.0: Kreek is known to be a big fan of the Roblox Doors game, and streams it pretty much almost all the time. In one of his streams, he’s been stream sniped by the devs of the game, and Kreek ended up being mass swarmed by the monsters the devs spawned in, and when Kreek dies in-game, the Guiding Light, a peaceful entirety of the Doors game, trolls Kreek too after he dies from being monster spammed by the devs.
There’s a lot more I want to mention, but I think this is enough, as Kreek couldn’t cut some slack from being trolled by multiple devs of various Roblox games😅

I was expecting Let's Game It Out wanted poster to be on this list. For thost that don't know LGIO is a RUclipsr that loves to abuse in game physics and map glitches. IN the game Hydroneer he found away to steal form the stores so the devs put a wanted poster in the game for him

In Ice Scream 2, there was a refrigerator in your house and you could arrange letters to spell out words. If you put a RUclipsr name, like ThinkNoodles, in a later level of the game you could watch that RUclipsr playing Ice Scream.
good vid, i know a little Easter egg about a youtuber. on a game called hydroneer one guy with the name of "lets game it out" found a glitch ti steal items from the shop so the devs put in a sign that says "wanted lets game it out reward 1mil"

In Passpartout, the starving artist, when Jazza played it (artist youtuber), devs saw this and created whole sub plotline with Jazza as main character. Or Hydroneer vs Real Civil Engineer and his bridges
