- IN THIS VIDEO, see how i broke my almost 3-year-long natural 4C hair growth plateau. Trust me, I know the struggle of having little to no money to spend on hair care, or even worse, having money but no access to the products I actually like for my hair. But fear not, because I found seven things that helped me overcome all of that!
I know it can be discouraging to see others with long, healthy hair, but remember, everyone's hair grows at its own rate. Some people may have effortless length retention, while others, like me, have to work at it. But it's not a competition. The most important thing is that your hair is healthy, and when it's healthy, it will naturally grow.
So, be patient and consistent. Trust me, it's worth it in the end. And hey, if it worked for me as a broke girl with no money, it can work for you too. Keep experimenting, keep researching, and don't give up. Your hair has its own unique journey, and I can't wait to see what lies ahead for you!

Low porosity fine hair will humble you.
Likeeee 😂 The struggle is real.
Having fine 4c hair simply encourages soft life behaviour. Being blessed with this texture teaches you to be gentle and handle your beauty with a soft feminine touch.
I finally found my hair soulmate😂
Thanks girrrlll
Did you go to the salon for your mini braids? Or you did them yourself
Hey there, hair twin ❤️ Thank you for your comment. Yes, I went to a salon.
Thanks for sharing.

You're welcome ❤️ Thank you for watching.
Did you make the rosemary oil yourself?
I both make and buy. When I buy I always mix it with a carrier oil.
O don’t know if I have hard water or not but I do know our water turns our tub yellow. We have to use a special cleanser to keep it cleaned
So I buy distilled water and rinse my hair as my final rinse on wash day and spray my hair with a mixture of distilled water, aloe Vera juice, glycerin and msm powder, seal that in with a leave in and my oil mixture.
I’m trying to use natural ingredients only so I haven’t found a leave in that I’m settled on but I’m getting close. I saw this aloe Vera leave in I might try and eventually a homemade shampoo and conditioner
Yes, you're almost there. Natural ingredients are the way to go.
That seems like a pretty effective moisture routine, especially with all those humectants. Distilled water as your final rinse is a good solution too. Well done.

What do you mean wet hair doesn't mean moisturised hair? Water isn't what moisturises hair?
Water helps but it isn't enough. You can have moisturized hair without directly applying water if you use humectants.
I live in London, England, UK. The water here is full of chemicals and mineral deposits that actually ruins your hair so I have to avoid wetting my hair every day. My hair likes a leave-in conditioning spray daily to dampen...not soaking wet. When I swim, I cover my hair first in conditioner to stop it absorbing all of the swim water. I also chelate once every 4-6 weeks to remove the chemicals and mineral deposits from my hair.
@@marleyhill34A shower filter or water softener may help.

@@nibabi I haven't been able to find a long-lasting affordable one that can cope with the water here.

Thank you ❤️
