"if your ass is using a 3 point recoil grip instead of a 3 point grenade launcher, you are why your team loses" i've never been so offended in my entire life lmao
One little tip with laser sights : they are really useful with guns that have a lot of visual recoil like the M240B, the MG3 or the Deagle. Also, obviously better to use them when using underbarrel shotguns (for the 3 of you that use them)
One big tip. If you need a laser for lmgs in cqb. You are using them wrong, especially if it is the MG3. Just hold the trigger and shake back and forth. Everything within a 45º angle of you dies lol
Another good thing about the laser, use it to aim your LMG whilst it’s mounted on its bipod. It might not be as good for long range but at close to medium range, you can quickly acquire targets that would’ve been blocked by your sight profile.
@@epicmexican7153 This is indeed true. Something to also mention is that weapons that operate a pump or bolt can be operated faster manually, so if you double-click each time you fire a bolt-action rifle, shotgun or the Welrod, you'll get an increased rate of fire; sometimes a significant increase (M24 with a Greased Bolt comes to mind).
@@danielal8230 No, the Reload Grip just makes the weapon load faster. It's useful in its own right, but the pump cycle animation falls under a different category. The Recoil Grip for shotguns is basically like the Greased Bolt attachment for the Welrod and the bolt-actions, on top of the recoil reduction from the grip itself.
Great vid! it continually surprises me how good you are at making this condensed, informative and entertaining videos. You have a real talent for this!
Quick point out that in Push and Frontline, suppressors aren't available for all. Most likely that Breachers, Marksmen and Advisors will have them, so if you don't want gucci gear and are in PvP for objective plays, get a flash hider.
3:25 I’m the opposite, I’ll always take the compensator over a foregrip. Vertical recoil only goes up, that’s only one way I have to be compensating for on my mousepad, horizontal recoil, however, bounces 2 ways. I don’t want to be zig zagging to guess recoil patterns, I’d much rather just be pulling down primarily lol
I love the aiming grip! Also, using iron sights makes you ADS faster. When playing breacher, for example, I take the MP7 with default irons and an extended magazine - and aiming grips if I'm using something else.
Snipes, I think you should lower your meme noises and make your voice louder. I had to listen to listen 0:40 around 4 times to understand what you said. Other than that great vid as always
They rly need to remove all explosives cause they do no damage. Even paper box was in perfect condition after i delivered the most expensive artillery attack.

While the recoil grip is pretty much useless in automatic fire (just pull down forehead) it's very useful for tap firing at range. Less jump means it's easier to follow targets between shot, and I think the reset time is quicker (might be placebo tho)
M16 with recoil compensator is actually super dirty at distance with a 2x (the 2x makes the front post invisible so you don't have to flat top and u gain the "perfect zoom")
@@FlavorfulGaming I like the m4 or ak with the 3x with iron sights. Use the irons most of the time and just pop the scope out for when you need better target acquisition
3:44 - yeah, but don't forget optics on auto fire, i usually would prefer compensator because vertical recoil you can control, but not the wobbling of the gun itself.
The structure of this video seems rushed which isnt bad but.i would have preferred a "use this" "dont use this" kinda video for this stuff. Ive watched this video 3 times over and i still and confused but still i love your vids. Thanks for the hard work
Ok so don’t use laser sights on your long range guns in PVP because they will see you and you will die, don’t use recoil grips unless it’s the Recoil Grip Pod on the M4 which is the only way to put a bipod on that gun so you can turn it into a scuffed LMG with the drum mag, and also don’t use suppressors at long range because they don’t do much unless your team is almost never shooting.
3:00 the only reason I run flash hiders so often is so I can fucking see when I’m shooting with iron sights and 1x sights. Those are my go to’s, I like to force CQC to stress people out from the surprise, and not being able to see cause of my flash is infuriating
I have a question : why the bipod reduces horizontal recoil much more than the vertical grip? is this a bug? actually one more : is there any reason to use m4, g3, etc rather than the OP guns with high caliber and high rpm? except the matter of cost
The bipod only reduces recoil when placed on something and sitting still. When it is not placed, the bipod gives you no advantage. The recoil grip works all the time everywhere and even while moving and shooting, but has a lesser effect than the bipod. To answer your second question, you can use the cheaper guns because they are more fun and are still very competitive compared to the "OP" guns in the game. It is really down to preference of what guns you like and what you are trying to accomplish with the build. The cheap guns allow you to afford better equipment and more utility items, but will make you heavy and slow. Expensive guns are actually harder to use more often than not but hit much harder or shoot faster. They also limit the amount of equipment and utility you can take due to thier price. I find expensive gun loadouts work best for flanks or the firefight game mode as you probably won't live long enough to run out of ammo and shouldn't need too many thowables. The extra speed you get from having less equipment let's you rotate to other objectives faster on firefight or dash though a choke point so fast that the enemy will struggle to hit you as you slide around the corner. The cheap loadouts with a lot of gear are better for push and frontline as the extra smokes, grenades and smoke launcher can come in handy when approaching an objective.
Single fire at longer ranges full auto at close or when multiple enemies. Although you should train on bots w semi auto only, and when you master that switch to full auto but just keep bursting as if you are on semi, hold the fire button only when you panic or see a couple of enemies close to each other
Your forgot to always put compensators on your bolt action sniper, pump shotguns, and handguns. The tube launched shotgun is the strongest weapon aside from the welrod to see combat. Also don't forget that smoking kills especially if taken with 30/40mm projectiles.

Fun fact about the alternate iron sight options for the ARs and MP7; At one point in Sandstorm's history, those attachments WERE free.
Question is: *why* did they change that?

Compensator reduces both vertical and horizontal recoil on the SMGs
