First of all, thank you so VERY VERY much for posting these! Most people do not realize the time and effort it takes to do so, and it is very much appreciated! I admit, I have not been watching the series, purely because I didn't know it existed! I do not watch much television nor do I watch many movies (Working projection at a movie theatre for 5 years will definitely make or break you with it,lol!) But I also was there during the time when they implemented the ratings change, wherein we had to change all of our movie sheets, break down our movie trailers and put up new ones to "fit" the new ratings change,etc. All formerly rated R movies went to PG-13, PG-13 to PG,etc. Those same changes went through, and are consistently changing on TV ratings as well! This is just a personal observation from someone whom has been with many generations and has listened to my elders and watched with my own eyes, and now I try to listen to those whom have come after me! So it is some F.Y.I for you to make good decisions with, because you are the influence always, whether you know or want to be or not! One of the first films I ran was "Anna and the King" in 1999, with an adorable and brilliant little actor named Tom Felton! I had seen him before in "The Borrowers", which is based on a Japanese anime. What got me here today was seeing that title up on a movie channel, and, unfortunately not to my surprise, they never list his name in the credits of actors in the description! He also was originally in the Frontline to play Harry Potter, since, naturally, he had the credit and ability! But this is why I respect this young man so much, because he doesn't take what he has for granted and stays as rooted as possible; always thinking about and thanking his fans, family, fellow workers,etc. It sets a good example for others in the business, and prayerfully for us to remember that just because they are in the entertainment business, it does not mean that we have a right to invade their daily lives and judge them or objectify them! We still have to remember that WE make someone "famous". To turn around and expect things that we would not want others to do to us is to basically stab them in the front, not even the back! I think the world of this generation, you all have amazed me with the God-given talents you have and have used them for that we only talked about! And no matter what anyone says, I promise, EVERY generation had the same things said to them! So don't give up, don't allow yourselves to be led astray by the world; because the world has and will always be wrong and confusing! "God is not the author of confusion", and their is a difference between terror and godly fear. Love hath no terror, and godly fear is to abhor that which is evil and to Love God and to obey Christ's commandments, which are not burdensome. Love the Lord the God with all thy mind, all thy strength, all thy soul, all thy heart. The second is like it, Love thy neighbor as thyself! Your neighbor is everyone! Why is there so much pain and war and bloodshed? Because of those whom will not do just this! But that never means that someone can't change, and that's why God sent his son to be crucified, to bear the weight of ALL of our sins, that through his death, burial and resurrection, we can be have eternal life, hearing his word, believing, repenting of those sins and confessing that belief that Christ is the Son of God and being babtized, EMERSED in water, as he was buried, then risen up into new life, our past wiped clean! It's not easy, but it's easier than dying everyday! Because we have a creator that only wants to give us good things! And I see you all doing so MUCH to make today better! Brotherly Kindness is key, humility and faith. And WE, should NOT be failing YOU as those to look up to! So no matter the medium we use, be it music or film or comics,etc. we should be inspiring you, never confusing you or making you angry or making you feel guilty! I'm proud of you, and I believe that you will take us far. Because while we must always learn from the past and from our elders, we must also remember that our young have much to teach us as well!
