Tell your mom she's not going anywhere. She has a lot of grand kids and great grand kids in her future to pamper and spoil. I'll be praying for her too. I suffer from chronic pain myself, and sometimes you want to end it all to stop the pain. But the love of the people around you is what keeps you going. All you can do is show your mom love and affection, that eases the pain mentally. Wishing you and your family much love.

Hello Tia. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis as well as Hypothyroidism. Although my Rheumatologist prescribed me medication, I never took any prescription medication for my RA. Instead, I have been treating my RA with the proper foods. I don’t eat rice, pasta, breads, dairy, certain fruits in moderation, and less starchy foods. I eat healthy meats with tons of vegetables. I drink almond milk. I also work out really hard twice a week. I do strength training. Since being diagnosed with RA I had to learn about this inflammatory disease and totally change my diet. I feel better than I’ve ever felt before. Food is medicine. She has two options: either she eats the foods that would help her body heal which would make her feel better or eat foods which would make her feel worse. Remember, not all foods are good for her. There are healthy foods that would make her feel worse. I with her all the best. My advice for her is to make an appointment with a great Naturopathic doctor or a chiropractor who practices alternative healing using only plant based supplements. They would run tests to see if she has a gluten sensitivity amongst other tests. They is a way that regular doctors won’t tell you about. And do more research. Good luck to her. She also needs to take probiotic and omega 3 supplements. She needs to check with her doctor first though. Since my diet changed my thyroid results is back to normal and I feel pretty good.

My mom also has difficulties with her leg. When I was about 2 she broke her leg - wasn't able to rest properly and all which made it tough on her leg. Since then she's had varicose veins. I can relate so much. My mother has RA as well, it's tough and extremely heartbreaking as a daughter to constantly see someone you love so much suffering. Sometimes I feel so helpless not being able to do anything physically for her. My only hope and strength for my mom and I have been God, I know he listens to my prayers and knows he is the one who sustains her. Tia, I just randomly clicked on this video and as I started watching it I learnt that your mommy has rheumatoid arthritis. I know how painful and severe it can get since my mom also has it. She gets chill bites during the winters and so many other complications that come with the disease. But what keeps me going is how much my dad cares for her and also how strong of a lady my mom is. I can relate so much. My mother has RA as well, it's tough and extremely heartbreaking as a daughter to constantly see someone you love so much suffering. Sometimes I feel so helpless not being able to do anything physically for her. My only hope and strength for my mom and I have been God, I know he listens to my prayers and knows he is the one who sustains her. I'm glad you are strong for your family that is very important for their health. Support, love, and prayer are the key to their health and our strength, thank you for sharing your story.

Tia, I just randomly clicked on this video and as I started watching it I learnt that your mommy has rheumatoid arthritis.
I know how painful and severe it can get since my mom also has it. She gets chill bites during the winters and so many other complications that come with the disease. But what keeps me going is how much my dad cares for her and also how strong of a lady my mom is. I can relate to this personally❤️
