Cannot delete the folder?
*Restart your computer and try again!*
This is because, some files that are related to MySQL are locked by the Operating System. And as MySQL service runs forever in background, they can't be deleted even though MySQL has been uninstalled.
This can be fixed by restarting your PC, which in turn releases the RAM, hence removes every bit of MySQL process from your computer.

This didnt help. I have restarted many times and deleted the folders but its still in my control panel and says wait until other apps have been deleted but this is two days later. And my computer is glitching black and yellow.
