I love that the editing in the intro makes you think, just for a split second, that Roman is going to be harsh or mean to Alex, but in the full edit you see that Roman actually takes the negative and uses it to reassure Alex. Can this man do anything other than be nice and wholesome?
I don't know shit about watches, and just recently found this channel on RUclips. It's incredibly compelling and fun to watch. I'm hooked. Roman, and his team, are go getters and just seem like dope people. I'll probably never get into the watch game, but I'm here for the content regardless.

Good way to end a call when you know there is no sale. You can't force an expensive watch on someone with pressure tactics, so best to sit back, tell the client you are there for them if they need any advice and certainly if there is a chance to do business again to call at their convenience.

That seems to be the solution in my field. Sell more of X? Hire another sales person. It hardly ever works. Why not work with your current sales people more to help them find missed opportunities? Look at advertising, website, inventory photos, etc. The only reason I found out your company existed, and this was just recently, was from Daniel Mac’s TikTok, seeing Anthony, and then Anthony’s videos leading me to yours.
I believe he is trying to laterally move an employee instead of firing. You heard them say his salary is high and he doesn’t fit what they thought they needed him for. So they are trying to find another opportunity within the company. Great leaders find and help build great people and teams. Also great leadership since most people would get mad on the inside about their bad hire for a year and then explode and fire the guy over mundane things.
The conversations between Roman and Adrian are gold. Roman giving advice scenes are gold. Alex is funny in a "my brother is an idiot" kind of chuckling way but that angle gets played fast. Adrian said "this is the batman model", would have been cool to get some history on that watch and WHY its the batman. Maybe having a quick blip on some history on one watch per episode during the unboxings would be cool. The main episode plot being this sketchy guy and his wire was well thought out. Looking forward to more!
How included nick and the sales team, and team chemistry is displayed made this one of my fave episodes! Lets make sure we get everyone in the vids like this cause it shows a company should be run!
