What is the COS FOR THE tour? Since they are now charging a FEE (2021) for what they call "NEW PATIENTS" so there must be a charge for the tour, right?

Joan Potter the co founder of Operation Blackout backed into my car in the Parking Garage. She refused to give me her information. I feel if I was Caucasian it would have been different. She wad arrogant and uncooperative.

This department has been ignorant to a patient's needs. Their ignorance have been detrimental to his health and possibly even decreased his chances of surviving his fight with cancer.
Not sure if there is discrimination happening here. But this ignorance need to stop.
