You make it look so easy to make these cards. I only just came across your work this week and I just love watching your videos. You are so talented and creative. Thanks for sharing your tips and talking through why you do things the way you do them. You've given me loads of ideas to try and create something myself.
Thank you so much Jo, I really really enjoyed watching you create this stunning and gorgeous card. It’s so cute and beautiful too. And thank you to for all the tips and tricks, that’s really really great too. Don’t ever lose your accent, I really really love ❤️ it. And you too. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
So beautiful, Jo! I love listening to you as you teach us such wonderful things. You have used my favorite colors, the blues and purples, to create a lovely card anyone would be so happy to receive. Thank you for sharing your time with us.
Fabulous project Jo, Thank You! I'm going to try to make some one layer Christmas cards for the family, as I'm not well enough to make my usual elaborate cards this year🙁
I love spending time you. You are such a wonderful teacher, and so entertaining. You make it so enjoyable to learn all these wonderful techniques. Your voice, delivery, and explanations are always so pleasant. It’s such a joy listening to you. And you have beautiful expressive hands. This card is beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing talent. Brenda
I know this is an older video but I wanted to try it as I got the mushroom house. After 4 tries... ugh. So I watched again and listened and watched carefully. I got the the last part...stamping the ferns. I was so happy to have made it that far....and low and behold....ink on my fingers and the edge of the block! Totally ruined it! 🤦♀️😢🤯. Couldn’t be fixed. Lol! I decided to walk away for a bit. I WILL NOT give up! I so appreciate all you do to keep us going! I shall keep going! 😂😂😂. 💕🙋♀️🇺🇸
Ich bin begeistert von deinen Arbeiten, sooo wunderschön sooo wundervoll...ich liebe es dir zu zu sehen, danke für die schöne Arbeit. liebe Grüße aus Wien, glg Andrea
Love the colours Jo, such a pretty card. Thank you so much for your company this morning and for sharing your tips and techniques. Really enjoyed it ❤️
Stopping again to say, I copy so much of what you do Jo. I always store my ink pads upside down and have them like that when using them. Not only does it help to keep the ink on the top of the pad but it's easier to just reach over and pick it up to use it again, instead of needing two hands to open it up and then recap it. I also turn my stamps to the side because I find it easier with the thin acrylic block ... for some reason, I can't do it straight up and down with the thinner block (which I love) but with it sideways, it allows me to hold it more securely. Not sure why. But just wanted to say that I watch all the things you do and carry it on into my own crafting and it is ALWAYS better than what I did previously. ☺
Thank you so much, Jo . . . another lovely card, and an effective tutorial. You're so good at explaining why and how things work, especially for those like me who have no artistic training. It's a calming joy to sit down with you, watch the colors come to life, and listen to your sweet voice (in the US, your accent is a bit exotic, you know!). You're a treasure!! :)
This is a delightful card Jo... love the blue hues and the composition plus that lovely violet chalk on the stencilling... it really is lovely... thank you for sharing... 😍💗🤗
Such a gorgeous card Jo as always, I love 💗 watching and listening to your tutorials I have learnt so much from you. I am also poorly but I’ve found papercrafting helps me with my pain and gives me something else to focus on. I’m fairly new to Lavinia but already have quite a long wish list especially after watching your tutorials. Keep up your wonderful videos I look forward to them every week.
This is such a beautiful card. Gorgeous colours you’ve used. I really enjoy listening and learning from you. I also lived in Kendal for 25 years. I know exactly what you mean about ‘toast’ and people laugh when I say ‘phone’ too. Take care Jo and thanks for another fabulous tutorial ❤xx
We don't think anything of the phrase, as it's a regular one so we're used to hearing it, but it's like making doubly sure, or dotting i's and crossing t's, that type of thing.
Absolutely gorgeous! Especially the left one .. thanks for tips & techniques talks through out 💗 I wish Lavinia stamps are available in the US, Amazon has some but not what I want 😞
I have a friend from England who tried to order water from a McDonald’s drive through. The clerk kept telling her that they don’t have that. I had to teach her to say the word heavier and elongated to get an American glass of water ❤😂❤ 25:05
What a beautiful card! What type of paper do you make your "mask" with? I am new to stamping and this is the first time I have seen this. Again, thank you so much for your tutorials. You are such an inspiration!
Thanks so much for watching , you can use post it notes to make masks or buy A4 sheets of mask it…this product is perfect and can be cut to size…shape and is reusable….hope that helps xx❤️ laviniastamps.com/product/lavinia-masking-sheets/
Beautiful card Jo 😁 I always look forward to visit you, hear you chatting and learn a lot..... I wonder if inky binky is one of your pet names for a rag? 😜 Hugs Anne from Denmark
For those not understanding, braces are suspenders here in the states. So, you double up ... a belt to hold your pants up but just for an extra precaution, some suspenders in case you should blow out your belt, lol I've got this stamp and have only watched the first few minutes of this but wanted to put that in before my old brain forgot 😃

Hi Anne, yes my inky Binky is my clean up rag….to be honest the name comes from Mr Tim Holtz…as he has one too xx🧡
So, I am also American and believe “braces” are “suspenders” in the US, if that will help the viewer. So pretty, TFS.
Absolutely loved watching your video, it's beautiful. What size posca lens do you recommend to start with please
I've just received my mushroom today looking forward to watching again and creating along with you, Can I ask please what did you make the mask from
