This card is so so simple but it's gorgeous Natasha. Thanks for reminding us that sometime less is best and what a gorgeous card it is. Thanks again Natasha for sharing your time and talent 💟 with us all x
Keeping that mask with the stamp set is such a good idea. Really like these three colours together and butterflies always make for a happy or soothing card.
I have a couple of the star dust pens and I use them all the time in my card making. One is a gold colour the other one is a silver colour. Your card is beautiful. TFS 🇨🇦
Hi. This looks like quite a complicated card yet you make it so much easier to do with your step-by-step instructions. Thank you for sharing your talent and skills. I do like a tape peel reveal!
Yes, a tape peel reveal is always fun! Simple is good isn't it, and actually when you see how it's done, it's very achievable! Thanks for your lovely comment Deb xx Natasha
@@NatashaFooteCreative You are most welcome. I saw your 'bubbles' short earlier and the effect you captured is just amazing, I'm awestruck. I'm also willing to bet that the acetate I have won't allow me to die cut it but I intend to try anyway! 😂
Love it!!!!!!!!!!I have a niece turning 9 in a few weeks and she loves pink and purple, sparkles and unicorns, this will idea will work great with my unicorn stamp and die set.👍💖
I love the shorts. For going through all your options i have seen already and not done, to see if it is for me......quickly. A good reminder of your invaluable tips and tricks...
Very pretty as always. It would also be nice to cut the little panel out & set up the sides on foam strips so the window drops back even further. That stardust pen is indeed gorgeous! Another item for the Wishlist 😁
I can whole heartedly recommend the white Posca pen! I used it today and it’s awesome…lasts forever and is very white. I hadn’t used it in awhile and it hadn’t dried out. The Sharpie brand was junk and I had to pitch it in the garbage.
You aren't clueless at all, everyone needs inspiration! Just enjoy the videos, and it makes my heart warm to know that they give you some inspiration :)
@Natasha Foote • I love this double masking technique, first because I love the panel effect and second, because it has so many possibilities for modification. You could mask a square window, French doors, etc. You could use up pattern paper as "wallpaper" or some small stamps on the background as wallpaper. You could mask off clouds to have the butterflies/flowers in front of the sky. The trick would be the proportions but with the fun foam technique you've already shown us, it should be doable. I love the glitter gel pen effect. In my opinion, butterflies always need a sparkle element. Great card! 👍
What a GREAT idea! I love the effect. I've used mask's forever but never thought to use one like this. Talk about a "duh" moment (lol)!!! You're so darn clever!!! You always think of a way to "kick it up a notch"!!! TFS
Gorgeous!! I love the Sakura gelly roll pens, like the one you used. They are in my opinion the best quality gel pens on the market. I have a gel pen, not used for at least 10 years, used it this week and without issues it writes. I think I have all varieties they sell, perhaps not all colors available though. And you are right, the effect is so beautiful I have a hard time not to go over everything! Thank you for this great tutorial, now onto the next since I am behind a few (ha, I am binge watching your videos, LOL) 👍
A lovely card. Why do we love butterflies so much?! I love the way they seem to be peeking through a doorway or something. I can almost imagine them fluttering out and into the room. 😁Would be great in other colours too. Another great card to try.... 🤩👑
The effect with the Stardust pin is stunning! I had ordered a couple of these pins but I have never used them. Well, now that I know how to use them and how gorgeous the effect is, I will be using them very soon! I cannot wait to try the double masking effect as well. Thank you again for all that you share with us!
I incorporate so many of your tips and techniques into my card making. Masks with the stamps is another one, just as is returning stamps to their original packaging . Thank you, Natasha. Your small space organizing brings ingenuity and creativity, and we all benefit from your experience. 💖🇨🇦💕
Another gorgeous card Natasha I was wondering if someone could help me with embossing for example when using Versafine for embossing powder and just need to emboss outline how do you do this without making the whole thing ( say a flower) sticky
I would use a stamping platform and stamp the image and heat set it. Don’t move the stamp or the image. then stamp it again on a post it or masking paper and make a mask. Cut the mask just inside the outline, place the mask over the original image you heat set, and stamp again. Then remove the mask so you are left with just your outline sticky, then emboss the outline. Make sense?? X
I usually put a slit down the left hand side of the packaging, and that way I can slide the stamp set in and out easily without having to deal with that sticky part at the bottom!
This card is so so simple but it's gorgeous Natasha. Thanks for reminding us that sometime less is best and what a gorgeous card it is. Thanks again Natasha for sharing your time and talent 💟 with us all x

I've just bought these pens and they are brilliant thinking of buying the next set thank you for suggesting them
Very nice. I see you keep your stamps in what looks like original packaging. How do you prevent the clear outer from splitting?
I usually put a slit down the left hand side of the packaging, and that way I can slide the stamp set in and out easily without having to deal with that sticky part at the bottom!
