The nanny submitted her statement right after Porsha filed to get Simon removed from his own home so she can film in it. Simon sent Bravo a cease and desist order to not tape in or outside of His Home .Porsha has a certain length of time to reside in the home or until it’s sold. If I was Simon I would put it on the market because I wouldn’t feel comfortable living there anymore. Too much bad energy! I don’t think he had to pay the nanny for her statement because she’s been an employee that takes care of his home and children when he’s out of the state , country or wherever. When you have a decent employer you don’t have to lie. Porsha filed she can go home and stay permanently instead of for a couple of weeks after she filed. Why did Porsha need security anyway? Did she mention the police were called to resolve the situation?
