You can actually fall through the top of that reactor without a bike and if you do it before having a crib there and work your way to the very bottom you can get back into the fancy Decker's place used in a mission.
There's another glitch in the Burn Hill Reactor, where you can go into the deckers hideout. 1. before you make it into a crib, go there with a heli 2. land on the middle one and you'll fall right through the barrier, and explore the deckers hideout

if u want to get ut of the elevator just keeping spamming y till u get up and the door will open but u will get out get an rc processer and shoot ur car/moto and drive it out :)
Once I was playing sr3 and I was at saints hq And I was near the helipad and fell through the pool but couldn't get out I had to quit the game and load up my other saved game is this normal has anyone done this let me know.
